“Some days the entrance is blocked and you have to go down to the next because the lines are long, wish they would do that all the time and reconfigure the lot to have longer lines, similar to what Costco does. Gas is always cheaper here than anywhere else, in my opinion. Nice that there is usually an attendant at the pumps.”

“I started with Safesave because during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 it seemed the big Chain Pharmacy’s were price Gouging. I complained to my Sutter North Primary Physician who referred me to Safesave. I immediately saw much lower cost for my prescription medications. Friendly & helpful Staff. I highly recommend them.”
“The store is understaffed at times, especially the pharmacy. The photo department is what you would expect. Promptly providing the products you need that they have available. Everyone that works there has always been available and usually will come up to you and ask if they can help rather than you searching for something you can't find.”

“We have been going to this Pharmacy for about 21 years. It is led by Monica. I am just going to say that they have been adamant to be helpful as possible about our meds and getting them filled. They actually call us if there are questions from us or questions from them. So very considerate and consistent. I could never leave for another Pharmacy because why would I.”
“You can always get a human, no AI for them!.which I really appreciate and they normally have between. 3 and 5 pharmacists working so even if you have to wait it's a short wait”
“I didn't know that the regular prints are just as fast and higher quality.. I asked for a code and was informed since it was so early and they didn't have any prints going on at the time, that she had time to run them right then and it would be better quality and just as fast.. every other time I've seen people at the other location not busy they still let me print them right there at the self service station. Would have been nice to know that before my daughter's birthday party that I had printed out pictures for.. but at least I know now!”
“There are some crazy and unexpected deals here! Besides the dollar wall that took me a year to notice, and the extensive holiday section, you might find a classic video game system emulation.
Check during heat waves; sometimes their ice cream freezer goes out and they need help eating the product.”

“Love the customer service I received from Kailene, she went above and beyond to help me out on 10/23/2023, she was on her break and saw that my platter of cookies fell off my cart, she helped pick them up and them while I loaded the rest of my items up in the car she went into the store and came back with a new platter of cookies. Thank you Kailene for having great customer service skills”
“Never had a problem. People have always been great. Yes they do close for lunch but there’s a sign infront stating this. Some people complain that they dont have their meds in stock or are rude. I’ve never ran into that here. All my meds are on auto fill and get a call when they are ready. If you plan on filling a controlled substance have a valid id as this is federal law not walmarts. Yes you may have to wait inline but thats because the cost is less here so alot of customers go here. Just be patient as with all pharmacys they must follow State and federal laws along with their own policys.”
