Unfortunately this quest is the closest to me since I live in the hills. I made an appt for 9:40am. I arrived at 9:30. I didn’t get called back til after 10. When I went back the lady told me my labs weren’t in and that I had 10min to call to get my labs sent over. Instead of keeping me back in the blood drawing area, since it would only take a minute to call, she sent me out and I didn’t get called back til another 30min. Immediately called my dr to have them transfer my labs and within a minute they were sent over. Yet I wasn’t called back for ANOTHER 30MIN! Even having an appt. The lady knew I was going to call and she should have been checking for my labs to came in which they did right after I left the area. I was there for over an hour. I was extremely frustrated. If you have stuff to do after your appt , don’t go to this one. They take forever.

The tech applied tourniquet then immediately began the draw. Never cleaned site with antiseptic wipes. I didn't realize it until after she was already finished.

Easy, fast and convenient. Went in for blood test and the nurse was very nice and got me in and out with ease. I apologize that I’m horrible at remembering names but she had red/pink hair. That’s the only detail I remember of her.

I made the first available appt. It was at noon. When the person took me back they told me they couldn't do the labs because they were ordered stat and they stop doing stat orders at 10:30. I asked can't you just do them "normal" since I'm here now? No b/c they say stat. How does that make any sense?

I had made an appointment online for 7:30am and upon arrival confirmed the appointment by text reply and was scheduled immediately. Wait time was brief and the entire visit was less than 15 minutes. I was able to get to work before 8:00 am. Staff was professional and overall a great experience.

I was able to make an appointment online for the same day. I was checked in online when I arrived at the lab. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Lori confirmed my information and insurance coverage and proceeded to draw my blood and was able to get it with the first try. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The whole experience was excellent.

They were very professional and friendly, setting me at ease. The draw was done quickly and everything finished fast. No complaints.

Single Handedly the worst diagnostic place I've ever been to, the staff are unsavory selfish people who don't care about their patients.Do not come here unless you want your medical health disrespected.

my mom is disabled elderly and She went to this clinic 2 days ago and was told to go home and make an appointment on her phone(there is a walk in option on a tablet there) she had somebody make a appointment for her because she can barely use technology and was scheduled at 4:45. Went there and they were closed. An email or notification should have been sent or phone call atleast that those hours are wrong. If your operating a business have good service atleast. unprofessional

Cheaper than others since they own their lab machines, rather than sending them to someone else.
