“At first I was a little bit nervous and I've been here eight and a half years and I consider this my home. They did the best they could to make me feel at ease. I didn't receive the notice that the rent was going up so needless to say I got my first pay or quit notice. When I got a hold of Jay hey totally believe me that I have no idea of the rent increase so he weighed the $50 late fee which he didn't have to do at all. I was so grateful and I felt a little dumb that I didn't know that. He talks with them calm voice which makes me feel great . Honestly I couldn't ask for a better company .”
