Had our brand new car window broken 1 month ago, “SAFELITE” ordered window ETA was 1 week to put new one on, first time we went there on appointment day and they told us they misplaced the window, no heads up early before APPOINTMENT like we missed it, no apologies, very UNPROFESSIONAL, told us they going to look for it and will contact us no ONE called ever we had to make contact to check for any updates, ordered another one, couldn’t get it on time so asked for appointment later in month, we still requested to give us early appointment we have little child, we don’t feel safe with broken window car drive, and now weather is changing it’s cold, another appointment and that’s cancelled as well excuse is AGAIN that they don’t get it yet, going to order another one!!!!!!!! GOD knows when ???????Very disappointing to see this happening ?

Very welcoming crew! Quick and responsive. Fun to watch the work be done through the windows, really enjoyed seeing everyone smiling too! Even while they’re working on a Saturday! Awesome work guys, thank you!

They're not consistent, they leave you with an unfinished service and its hard to get in contact. Very wishy-washy. I will be contacting AAA not to do business with them..

I am incredibly grateful for both my in office and remote experiences with the Safelite Office out of Yuba City. They were courteous, communicative, and caring. I am grateful for such high quality customer service in the Yuba/Sutter area! Other companies could stand to learn quite a bit from this display of professionalism and service!

It's $159 to fill in a nickel-sized chip here when you can go to any local shop in Yuba city and they'll do it for $60 or less. Talk about a scam.

Yesterday I phoned AAA and was directed to your Yuba City location. The AAA rep couldn't give me the info I asked for and suggested I contact you directly, but all I've been able to find is online communication. Why don't you have a phone # for your location?I don't want to "chat with an agent," I want to talk to a person at the location that I intend to bring my auto to. I used to own a business, and personal engagement with customers and potential customers was (and still is) something desired; and appreciated.

Easy to book online, they handled my insurance so it was no cost out of pocket, got my car in and out in under 2 hours. The only way it could have been better is if they had availability to come to me to replace the windshield, but they didn't have any appointments before I needed to leave town.

Do not recommend this location. Office manager Richard was only concerned about moving to another location to work and get a promotion, did not care to help any customers during my entire day spent there I heard him telling every other employee about how he gets to work in the AC in the office now and not out working on cars. Plus made personal phone calls on the clock while customers were in there! I did a drop off appointment - but they stated if I dropped my car off early they'd get it done and work with me to have it completed in a couple of hours. I ended up sitting there for about 8 hours, poor attitudes of staff - they do not answer their phones they just sit there on their personal phones as their work line rings. Asked how long my car would be they told me my windshield was replaced and they were waiting to recalibrate it. Fast forward an hour I checked in again and someone else told me they hadn't even started my car yet!! And they broke a cover on my car and couldn't even get a replacement for me in a timely manor, told me to just go home (I live out of town) and contact another safelite to have them fix it for me. Very unprofessional location.

One of my best experience I ever hadVery polite and helpful people.I had an appointment with them for all day and I give them my excuse which I came from far away and it was my Eid and they helped me out and finished my work in an hour.I really appreciate that ?I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.Thanks again for such nice Customer service

I would not recommend this place to anybody! I came in dropped my vehicle off at 9:30. Found out at 2pm that the wrong window was ordered and wanted $300 more for the new window, then they handed me my truck back with a FLAT TIRE! They tech said that he saw it was flat before he pulled it into the shop. IF YOU SAW THAT THE TIRE WAS FLAT WHY DIDN'T YOU REPORT IT AND, YOU STILL DECIDED TO DRIVE MY TRUCK. I know my truck didn't show up with a TPMS light on when it was dropped off. The best they did for me was air up the tire and send me to Les Schwab. The tall guy with glasses was nice enough to give me a card for another business to go to (AS1 Auto Glass) which is going to charge me the original price I was given by Safelite and they will come to me to fix it. Everybody should try AS1 Auto glass! Way better prices and he is mobile.
