I had stored some things there and went to get them recently. I was disgusted to find rat droppings all over everything and rat footprints everywhere. I found several items had been chewed and were ruined. As i was removing the last few items i found a huge dead rat in one of my boxes. I left it there. After getting my things home i noticed the smell of rat pee on all the boxes. I had to get rid of many things and all the boxes.They have a serious rat problem and i wonder how many other people have had this experience there.

Safe and clean. Carefully watched. Police station and CHP offices are not far, so patrol cars are in the area. On site manager deters troublemakers from trying to break into units. Worth the price.
