“Discovered a screw in my tire after my new car was delivered a day earlier. TPMS alerted low pressure. Took my car to one of the membership warehouse tire center to get the puncture repair. After waiting an hour, I was told the screw was removed but it didn't penetrate enough to cause any leak. Told they sprayed soapy water and no bubbles. Went home and washed my car later that day. Bubbles and squealing noise from the puncture site. See video. Took my car to America's Tire the next day and they repaired the puncture with no charge. Exceptional customer service. I will certainly be returning in the future for my tire needs. Thanks everyone.”
“These guys were straight up with me. Didn't try to talk me into the most expensive fix, gave me options and I chose what worked for me. After having to have my vehicle towed there, it's running again and I'm able to drive it every day still. They only charged me for diagnostics. The mechanic I took it to previously charged me to fix everything but the actual problem.
They run an honest business and I'll be taking my vehicles to them from now on.”

I came the next day and brought in my own tires purchased online and the Owner/worker had zero issue with this and didn't try to push other products on me at any time. Just straight to business. There was a slight scratch on my rim from a nail in my old tire, and he made it a point to show this to me before he installed my new tires. To make me aware, yes, and also show that he didn't do it. “I brought a 2017 Chevy Tahoe in for some diagnostics & repairs. I first spoke with Bob Glass briefly then I stepped into the office with Javier Lopez Juarez. Javier was so kind and listened carefully to what I was describing and made careful notes then immediately got things moving. The digital delivery method used to communicate with vehicle owners on the servicing is amazing. The diagnostics and necessary repairs with estimated costs arrived swiftly for my review and approval on the work to be done. I encountered 3 employees throughout the process, Bob, Javier and a really new cashier who had only been on the job for 2 weeks. I hope Mike Wheeler sees this review because I feel these 3 individuals deserve applause and recognition for the extra mile service they delivered during the whole experience.
