I am so tired of dealing with this bank. I have been banking with this bank since 2017, and there are always unnecessary issues that pop up, issues that do nothing but waste your time. I had an charge on my statement that I could not identify, so I called the number of my bank card. The 'phone banker' informed me that I would be receiving a new card in the mail. Okay, no problem. But, I specifically told her not to cancel my current card, because the weekend was coming up and I needed access to funds. She told me that my card would NOT be cancelled, and that I could just cancel it when I received my new card. Great! Well, so I thought. I went to use my current card on Saturday and it was declined. I have plenty of funds in my account. How embarrassing! The phone banker had cancelled my card WITHOUT my authorization. When I think back on my experiences with this bank, all I think about are really long lines, rude managers and employees, and consistent problems. Do you want to take money out of the ATM? Well, you better go early, it will probably be out of money. Do you want to speak with the GM? Go ahead, but he will probably be rude to you. Do you want to go into a branch and have a banker help you. Good luck! The last time I tried, the banker told me wouldn't help me. So, goodbye US Bank, I am tired. There are many banks in my city, and I do not need you. All banks offer similar services, so I would much rather find a bank that is competent without all of the mistakes.

Very rude and unhelpful staff here. The atm ate my card and I asked for the info on the atm so I could contact the owner of the machine and they said they don't have that information. If you rent the machine from the company you should have that info. I tried to talk to the manager and they said he stepped out. I called and left myu name and number for the manager and he never called. I just want the number from the atm so I can call them and get my card back. Im disabled and it's just before Christmas and I have no money now. I can see from a lot of the comments on this banks posts that they been having trouble. I will make sure to let everyone I know that banks here, that this branch is going under and to not bank here

i think us bank is a great place to bank, they call you when someone is trying to get into your account. which happen to me a few years back so I would recommend us bank to anyone who is looking for a good bank. plus the mask thing is stupid they really don't work!

I have had nothing but great service at this US Bank location. From replacing a lost debit card to starting a new account, the staff have been helpful, articulate and capable.

Unsafe place to bank! This bank does not ensure its customers are safe by enforcing customers to wear a mask. When it was called to the attention of the manager their response is "we are all adults". It clearly isn't concerned about its employees as well. Behind the plexiglass employees can be seen not wearing mask either. Now do you want to take money, coins or receipts from someone not wearing a mask and handling the items. I don't. Bank of America will be getting accounts we have had with US for over 30 years.

Honestly not one of the better banks around here. Service is rude and not friendly at all.
