Loved the new layout of the store. It’s very open, organized and modern looking. As soon as I walked in, the staff were extremely helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to get my photos mailed off.

The welcoming and helpful customer service at this location is beyond phenomenal. As soon as you walk in you don't no who to talk to their all there to help you and it shows. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the store is as well a plus.

I was there for less than a minute. The girl with the black hair was super helpful and she even cut the labels out and put them on for me. Sorry that I didn't bring them pre cut. I don't know why this place has such bad reviews I think people get pressed about the smallest inconveniences and have to give a place a poor rating. The world doesn't revolve around them and they need to grow up.

Paid $80 bucks to ship shocks I bought but were not the right part to be Sent back to rainbow city Alabama. Didn’t even get close to rainbow city said they attempted the delivery and said it was refused and when I asked why it didn’t even make it to the company I shipped to because I called them and the never received the package because the didn’t deliver. I was then met with no refunds. You can call one of the 10 1800 numbers and file a claim or pay again. This store is horrible just go to fedex. They can actually deliver

I have had nothing but a respectful experience at thus UPS store the ladies are very prompt & iam in & out for my certain package a few days ago one of the gals was very courteous to me i kept missing the ups delivery guy & so that brought me into the store because they didn't just drop my package in front of my door which I was very thankful for that considering thiers alot of thief's in my area porch pirates so I was at the counter & the young gal 2 days ago helped me track my package down I even wrote my tracking # down so I can be assured it will be back in her store & all I'd have to do is go home log onto my UPS app & track to see if & when it will be back in the store & that's exactly what I did thank you to the kind young lady at the Yuba city store on stabler lane you rock I was very busy & her ability to show me in 2 seconds was very helpful I'll always use UPS as my go to package dealing needs thank you yuba city UPS store pff stabler you ladies Rock

They are friendly and helpful. Couple days ago I went to UPS to return a package and I gave an employee heads up that I am hard of hearing and she said I got you and she was really helpful and make sure I heard her and got the help done with returning the package.

I went there to return my direct tv equipment at the stabler lane location. I was met with utter rudeness and downright degrading behavior. The 2 young ladies up front at the counter stated they couldn't take the equipment until it was sanitized and cleaned because they didn't want to touch it. It was a little bit of dust. The 3rd woman who I believe was management, then proceeded to ask if there were BUGS in the packaging!!!! I told her no. It was just some dust that I didn't know I needed to clean before I returned the equipment. I then wiped it on my work shirt because they didn't offer me anything to clean the stuff off with. The dark haired young woman, who looked to be 19 or 20, begrudgingly took each piece of equipment from me with 2 fingertips, acting like it was going to poison her. Her coworker then grabs a thing of hand sanitizer while laughing at me, and has the main girl put her hand behind her back and puts a big glob of sanitizer on her hand, so much so, it went all over the floor. After they hand me my receipt of turning in the equipment, they laughingly say I'm disgusting and that I probably have diseases. This is no way to treat a customer, let alone a human being

I called about notary service. According to auto attendant on phone they have a notary at all times they are open. I arrived at 5:15 , they close at 6:30. The notary leaves at 4:30.

The entire staff here is awesome! This UPS store is the only game in town for miles, with lines typically stretching out the door. This team keeps calm and moves through line swiftly.
