My overnight package was delivered to this store on October 11, 2023 and payment of $174.18 made. The package did not arrive the next day and the second day I had to scramble to various terminals at the delivery end to get the package before boarding a plane. In making a claim, the UPS website instructed me to contact the UPS Store where the delivery was dropped off. I called the UPS Store. The woman that answered the phone told me I had to make the claim through the UPS website. I relayed my experience, but she insisted. I went back to the website, repeated my effort to make a claim, and again was instructed to contact the UPS Store. I then tried the UPS 800 number. The automated system failed to understand me eight times. My wife tried three more times before we gave up. A second call to the UPS Store, same woman, got me nowhere. I got an email address and made my claim to this UPS Store that way. One week later no reply. Today, Friday, October 20, I was in Lincoln on business and went to the store. The man at the counter repeated the website story. I repeated my story. He said those were his instructions. I asked for and received the store manager’s name and phone number. I called the number and it rang to the counter at the store I had just left! I was told that the manager would call me, “maybe Monday or maybe Sunday.” My business spends, no used to spend, thousands per year shipping inventory through UPS. Hello FedEx!

Worst experience at a UPS store I've ever encountered!! Customer service skills are lacked very much so! And I don't understand why I have to pay to return something when it's already been purchased! We will never use UPS services again!

I accidentally made an order to Amazon by sending my whole cart. Had to return all items. Long story. But I was recommended to use this UPS store. A young lady started helping me and then Hardeep finished. The two ladies were beyond wonderful. I had to get one shipping label and then use QR codes. They quickly and politely handled everything. I could not be more impressed. I was very nervous and they made me feel comfortable and NOT STUPID. Highly recommend this store!

Last week on Nov 29th 2022 I went into the Stabler Lane UPS store. I needed to mail some very important medical documents for my eight-year-old daughter to a healthcare office so she can get treatment started ASAP. It was 42 pages and to me I thought it was important enough to lay $25 for a two day tracking. And of course, a week later, it still hadn't arrived and according to the UPS store in Stabler, it's lost, and I have to wait for their manager who is taking lunch to call me back in about two hours. I called the store on Lincoln and got this amazingly kind, helpful young lady, by the name of Jacklynn who had no problem opening up a claim and trying to help. Super grateful for her for stepping up even when it wasn't even her store that screwed up. Next time I'll drive that extra mile or two to go to the other store versus Stabler because I hear that they're having a lot of mistakes over there. Thank you, Jacklynn!
