i think us bank is a great place to bank, they call you when someone is trying to get into your account. which happen to me a few years back so I would recommend us bank to anyone who is looking for a good bank. plus the mask thing is stupid they really don't work!

The Yuba City branch is terrible. I am closing my accounts and going over to Chase Bank. The problem stems from the GM. of the Yuba City branch not knowing what he is doing. In the past 3 weeks my card has been declined. I could not understand the issue since I have plenty of money in my account. I went up to one of the bankers to find out why, and she refused to help me and told me to stand in line to speak with a teller. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the teller gave me an 1800 number to call. I went home and called, got an automated voice system that asked me to verify my charges. I did that. Then, a few days later my card would not work again. So, I called the 1800 number to verify my charges once again. Then, it happened a third time. I called the GM of this branch and he looked at my account. He promised to look into it and call me back. Well, no call back. I called him again. He told me the same thing - that he would check into this and find out what is happening. Once again, no call back. He told me the charges on my account look normal and I should be able to use my bank card with no problem. He told me that he does not know who to contact to find out what is happening with my bank card. I then called Card Services and they informed me that one of the merchant's systems were hacked into and US Bank's security system kept declining my card because they thought a hacker was using my card. US Bank's Fraud Department also informed me the GM should have informed me of all of this. My issue with this bank is not their system they have in place to make sure people's money is protected from hackers, my issue is the incompetency of the people working there. I find it odd that I can pick up the phone, call the Card Services and be told what is happening with my account within 5-10 minutes, but the GM did not know who to call. It would have saved A LOT of time if the GM would have just told me to call the Fraud Department from the very beginning. It would have saved a lot of time if the banker would have helped me on the first day this stuff was happening. This bank is very good at pacifying customers, but if you want a bank that cares about you as a customer and notifies you in your account was potentially hacked into, do not bank here. They really do need a GM who cares about customers.

I have had nothing but great service at this US Bank location. From replacing a lost debit card to starting a new account, the staff have been helpful, articulate and capable.

Unsafe place to bank! This bank does not ensure its customers are safe by enforcing customers to wear a mask. When it was called to the attention of the manager their response is "we are all adults". It clearly isn't concerned about its employees as well. Behind the plexiglass employees can be seen not wearing mask either. Now do you want to take money, coins or receipts from someone not wearing a mask and handling the items. I don't. Bank of America will be getting accounts we have had with US for over 30 years.

Worst bank ever! They cancelled order I made online without asking me first. Couldn't pull out $600 though I'd have four times that amount in the account. Think you can talk to customer service forget about it I spent an hour on their customer service line got no help, no one even answered. Us bank is a big joke. I'd not send my worst enemy there to bank.
