Got there early at opening after the two guard wand you and check for weapons and you get everything back together your seen fairly quick I was in and out in less than 20 minutes so it went well so I would recommend this place over other ss offices I've been at , this place was very helpful

It's impossible to get an appt over the phone. Yesterday we waited 2.5hrs on the 1800 number to reach someone to schedule an appt! And we finally hung up. You should be able to make an appt online instead of wasting almost 3hr of your life! And I'm only making this appt to turn in documents
