If I could write this and leave no star I would. I came a few different times to the customer service booth to send money and cash my check. There's a lady named Debbie that works the booth and she's very childish and unprofessional. I just lost my 21 year old son unexpectedly, my brother and I have thyroid cancer. This lady Debbie , should be named " Karen " keeps giving me a hard time . Really rude just a gross personality if I were WinCo I'd can her ASAP!! This lady discriminates against me because she does not like who I voted for. It's funny how the owners of the store don't mind who I vote for when spending hundreds of dollars a week there. No only DEBBIE. The WinCo KAREN. I think you need to grow up Debbie or get out of customer service because your rude and don't have a good personality for the booth.

Have hesitated to shop there due to their size but have come to enjoy their lower prices & now it's become an outing. Fun to grab the good buys!

Winco *was* only store in town open 24/7. Disappointed they changed their hours to closing super early now.

Love the value and prices. The store carries almost everything I regularly use and has a good selection and some of the best prices in town. The self checkout is quick and the cashiers are always very pleasant and efficient. The lines can be longer than other grocery stores in town but I try to pick my times and it is my go to grocery store.

went to the self checkout today, saw that one of the registers were out of order so i went to a different one. lady condescendingly told me to go back to the register only to realize it wasn't i who had made the previous mistakes. nevertheless she was cranky & very condescending towards other customers as well. something about the self checkout employees that have huge egos & superiority complexes for no reason. anyway i also found mold in some grapes today & the previous time i've purchased them, so that was a bonus! other than the moldy food & strange customer service encounters i've had, everything is reasonably priced & i'm glad that they're open 24 hours, very convenient shopping here.

Had 12 or so items in my shopping cart, went through self check out, because no registers were open. Cashier at self check out told me it was 15 items or less, I pointed out to her that only had 12 items. After checking out, she approached me and told me I had 17 items, because of the CRV from the soda I was buying. She literally spent longer telling me I had more items than it took me to ring them up there for a holding of other people in line. Highly not recommended, they need to really reevaluate their priorities and open more registers..

the night self checkout lady is rude The cashier manager Eddie is even ruder and is on a power trip The guy stopped me from ringing up 23 items at self checkout max is 20 i would have rung only 20 items and left the rest and he stopped me

Being a grocer & retailer in this region for over 30 years, I am completely unimpressed with the quality of service delivered by most their staff. I thought I'd give em a shot today. After noticing they spend a lot of time interacting with each other in deli, and produce for example than they do their customers. I find that highly unprofessional when working on the sales floor. Only two today I interacted with were on target as an employee. Your job is to do your job and to provide a quality experience to all of your customers. I found todays experience was below par considering the options in our community. For the $500+ I spent today, I just don't find the shopping experience worth my time to ever shop here again. Sad, but very true.

The checkers are RUDE! They handle your items with absolutely no care, bruised crushed produce, smashed breads, smashed bags of chips. they just don't care they shove everything down the conveyor belt. The last two times I asked them to stop smashing and piling my groceries the checkers became even more rude and even slammed items. Will not return. I'd rather pay triple then go again.

My niece had an allergic reaction to a sushi roll, which she eats every week and had no problem. Unfortunately she had a severe allergic reaction and Jeremy(Seafood Manager) took the time out of his day to go over every ingredient in the roll, and answered all of our questions. Not to mention that he was very concerned and I've never met this person a day in my life. He literally made everything so easy. Thank you again!

Was there early 3/10 , it was very busy and there were not only customers without masks but employees not wearing them properly (on the chin ) I looked at one of the guys that was working close to me and he just gave me an I don't care look . Then in the cold area there was another guy working and he was chatting with a female worker and I felt weird like I was interrupting their personal time . I seriously wanted to tell them to get a room ick !
