  This is easily the best hardware store in the area. The workers here are always pleasant to talk with, and won't hesitate to help you or find help for you! The vibe is super cozy and I love the selection for grilling.

  This place is a joke. The only reason I came here is because the nearest big box store is half an hour away, so it’s convenient—but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a Yeti 12 and never once got a call to let me know it was ready. When I went in, they couldn’t find my order. Came back a second time, and they left me waiting and waiting. I finally just left and decided to take my business somewhere I feel appreciated. The employees seem to hate their job.

  This is an amazing store! I am preparing my house for listing in the real estate market. Every time I have been in there in the last two weeks, associates are helpful and knowledgeable. There were times when I said oh I should go to Home Depot because it might cost me less however I would rather go to my local Crown Ace Hardware. They are just so helpful. You can often strike a conversation with other customers as well. It is a very friendly place. I always got one I needed. If I accidentally bought the wrong thing, they allowed me to return it as well for credit. I appreciate that. Don’t waste your time driving to Home Depot or Lowe’s in Redlands. Ace is the place.

  This is a nice store with great service! Convenient since there are no big box hardware stores in Yucaipa. However, I'm not thrilled with the soda stream exchanges. They give $10 for your exchange, which is less than what most exchange stores give you. It cost me nearly $27 For a single cylinder with the exchange. They used to be less than $15 each. I'll be back here for my last minute hardware needs, but I certainly won't be exchanging my soda stream canisters here.

  It was my first time visiting a hardware store that had pie. We didn't find a color of paint here, but we purchased paint samples to see if Benjamin moore would work for us!
  The young man at the paint center did a good job of explaining undertones!
  🔨🧰I found this store to be very charming a blast from the past 80's gen! Plenty of workers to help you out. I highly recommend if you want to see how businesses used to be! Everyone was happy 😊 and very pleasant. I gave four ⭐️'s because I wished it was bigger with a garden section. Very interesting place!
