Called Tom Miranda out today from Advanced creative concrete for an estimate. Was extremely courteous and knowledgeable regarding the specific project that needed to be addressed. He put customer before profit and informed me that specific issue was the builders responsibility. His integrity in business is greatly appreciated and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy contractor.

We hired this company 3 times. One job inside the house during a remodel and 2 times for concrete work outside. The quality is poor as we had asked that the drain in the yard be moved prior to pouring the concrete pad for our gazebo. At the last minute, we were told he could not do it as the concrete truck was arriving soon... he covered the drain. Our back yard has flooded ever since.

I used this service to lay concrete in my back yard as I found that I'm not very good at maintaining grass nor do I like the expense and the irrigation challenges that are associated. Tom was very responsive to my request for a bid and responded within 1 day to my residence. He helped us develop a realistic plan and gave us several cost options. When the project was executed, Tom was personally at our residence supervising every step. I like that he only does one job at a time so that his attention and time wasn't split between several other projects. He was honest about how realistic and expensive some of our ideas might have been and helped us settle on a project that met our needs as well as our budget. His work force was extensive and I lost count of how many workers he had on the project at any given time. He removed all the old grass, leveled the dirt and repositioned drains. He poured the concreted and moved irrigation so that it was ready for shrubbery on the periphery of the concrete. All this took 3 days and the job was complete. The price didn't break the bank and he was responsive to phone calls and questions before, during, and after the job was finished. I highly recommend Tom and his crew.

I have hired Tom twice now, and when I save some more money, I have a third project. He is an extremely clean worker who takes pride in his workmanship. Additionally, he is the ONLY contractor that explained codes to me so that I can make educated choices. My first job involved removing an old driveway and walkway. He installed new drains, a new walk, and a new driveway. He helped me with my design concerning the lines by explaining to me different options to minimize cracking. I am so glad I followed his advice! My second job involved extending a brick planter, rectifying sprinkler lines, demoing my lawn, and installing brick ribbons which match my existing 46 year old brick. He also installed river rock and pea gravel. I believe the pictures speak for themselves! I highly recommend Tom. He will complete the job to your satisfaction.

I needed my yard to get an assessment and quote of getting a cemented backyard instead of all grassy yard. Tom is very friendly, informative, on-time, knowledgeable. I feel his sincerity when asked about his opinion on how it will be done as it involves a proper drainage. Good service all the way through.

I contacted Tom who promptly came out to our home and surveyed the concrete repairs needing to be done due to the shoddy work of the previous contractor. I was very impressed by Tom's knowledge. All of the work was done in a timely fashion. The finished project was outstanding, and far exceeded my expectations.

We have hired Tom and his crew two times now because their work is exceptional. They are extremely professional, punctual, and have competitive rates. We got a good amount of concrete done on both sides of our home, extended our patio, and added a walkway to the shed. They completed their job in the amount of time they said it would take. Tom is very knowledgable and works with your ideas and comes up with ideas that make more sense, which was helpful since I'm know nothing about concrete. He explains the entire process and answers all your questions. I recommended him to my parents and he came out and gave them a quote as well. They didn't end up going with him, but he was again very prompt and professional, he wore his mask the entire time he was quoting my parents and I appreciate that. When I need more concrete work done I will definitely be hiring Tom and his crew again. I highly recommend them.

Tom & the team at ACC are AMAZING! After reading the reviews on Yelp, I reached out to him to get an estimate to pour a concrete slab in my backyard. Tom came out within the next couple of days, took measurements, and gave us a price on the spot. He was incredibly amicable and professional. He and his team completed the job within two weeks (which was much sooner than we'd expected), and it looks great! Do not hesitate to reach out; they're fantastic!
