“The service was polite and they were nice; I had a vacuum that had no height adjustment (it fell off) and they gave me a replacement. Although it was newer, the total cost was $80 instead of the average $50 price you would find at your local Wal-mart. Plus, the pedal release on the new machine was warped and if you ran it over something like a door stop (or something small) it would bring the part with the brushroll down without touching the pedal.”
