Do NOT trust them with your Money! They could be transferring funds into other accounts and are not catching it!They deposited money into wrong accounts, their system did NOT even catch it!!! Are you serious!!! It's one thing for the bank teller to not catch it, but another thing when their own system did not catch it!! The Deposits were made to TWO different accounts, completely different people. Luckily, I caught it and had to go back to the bank to fix the situation. In their defense they did fix the situation. However, today I go into this location and there are 8 people in line including myself and they have 1 bank teller, and the other tellers are in another area. Hello!! You have a bunch of people waiting and another teller can't come and start helping more customers?Awful customer service!Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went in the other day around 2pm and it was empty inside beside one other customer. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Incredibly smooth process and the teller with the glasses was very friendly.

$900.00 was stolen from my account on 8/14/2023. I went through the proper procedures as far as filing a claim to have my money returned and filed a police report. Meanwhile, I have no money because that was all I had besides $2.82. On 8/16/2023, I expeditated the claim by filing a hardship claim. Now, on 8/18/23 I call into the 800 number, and my claim was approved, and the funds were available for pick up. I was told by a BOA agent over the phone to go to a nearby BOA branch to pick up my available funds, I just need 2 forms of ID. I did as I was instructed. Now, when it was my time for help at the physical branch, the teller that was assisting me had the most unpleasant looking face and made me feel as if I was the most hideous person so could've ever helped. Long story short, she told me she couldn't help me, and I got the sense that she didn't even want to try and help me. Unfortunately, I had a few choice words with her, and another customer tried to play hero, not knowing the situation. He told me, to shut my mouth or he was going to make me. That customer and I confronted each other, and the entire store branch associates ganged up on me like they were going to start a jail riot against me, coming to the aid of "Mr. Hero!". Ultimately, I was upset that my money was stolen, and these bank associates didn't want to help my situation. Please be careful and aware with this staff because I was robbed by this bank, I was treated less than scum by the teller lady with black or dark brown hair and a Yucaipa High School Football T-shirt on, I was almost beat up and arrested. If I could give this branch a negative star review, I would.Thank you and BE SAFE!

Why the Calimesa branch is not open I don't know. This branch first of all is small, parking is bad and the tellers here are not at all friendly. Especially the guy with the glasses who will never even look up and say hi, how are you, get the hell out, nothing. He seems overwhelmed at the slightest questions and I make it a point to check any transaction I have made with this particular teller just to make sure he didn't mess it up. No one is ever in the lobby and the first of the monthy you're lucky to get more than two tellers working. My suggestion is close this dumpy B of A down and reopen the Calimesa branch.

While the employees of this bank could not be more helpful my two stars are for the establishment itself. Currently 11th in line, parking is a joke. You have to wait for a spot. I can't believe you have a large branch sitting in Calimesa empty that has an over sized parking lot. I don't believe B of A looked at their clientele of this area and chose to keep the Yucaipa branch open and closed the Calimesa branch. Not caring for the elderly. Which unfortunately is the way of America. We don't take care of the o es who took care of us. Sad.

I have been with the Bank since 1976 and I grew up writing checks,I know I'm an old guy! However almost forcing customers to go on line or digital in my opinion is Wrong! I used to order and receive 100 checks in a box for 19 bucks my last order that I received had only 40 checks in it and is now 24.00!So we now get 60 less checks and pay about 5 dollars more????! I can't Trust the Bank to be open let alone be OnLine. My last post about the Bank being Closed more than it was opened was answered by Susan to my Surprise and I was linked to go to the Calimesa Bank in which has been Closed now for almost a Year.

Update. I started a transaction on line and needed completion in Branch office. Called and arranged for completion at a different branch since Yucaipa branch closed. After ordering completion at Calimesa they closed that office. So I called for a change and completion in Redlands and the they closed that branch. Now contacting government to register complaint.

Your Corporate needs to Educate its employees! Your teller who is Caucasian argued with my son that He Needed A VISA foreign Identification because Guam is a foreign Country and His US Passport that he presented should have A US Stamp on it! He Needed a Foreign Visa because his US Passport wasn't proof he was a US Citizen! What kind of people do you Hire here!

Worst bank ever. Seriously the slowest bank I've ever been to. Usually only 1-2 tellers working and they have a full line... if i could give zero stars i would but it doesn't give that option

I literally walked in the front door, there was One person in front of me, 4 windows open all with customers.... after just a couple of minutes I was Called up. In and out doesn't have anything on these folks. They were ready and willing to take care of business.... great job Yucaipa! You guys Rock! I first attempted to go to the Bank of America in Redlands bad mistake.... me and 100's of my closest friends decided to ALSO go to Bank of America in Redlands at the same time. Tired of waiting, Yucaipa Bank of America on Yucaipa Blvd is 12 miles from Redlands.....if you go, you will be out before you can even get close to the front door of the Redlands Bank Fast, and efficient
