“It's a nice staterbros very big. Of course depending on the area you live either the store will be affordable or expensive and this one is on the expensive side which was expected. Anyways the only thing I find highly annoying is that there are no carry baskets if you need to grab only a couple of items and it's highly inconvenient when your standing in a long line and your arms are getting tired from holding stuff least i can set the basket on the floor if i need to. I'm not gonna grab a shopping cart for only 4 items. All the other staterbros has the carry baskets and this one should to. All the cashier has to do is take the basket at the counter so they dont go missing and they can even put something on it to set off the alarm in case someone tries to take it. I took off a star do to the fact they have no carry baskets and their isn't any excuses you can make to justify why you don't have them. Get some carry baskets!”

“Love this place! Ita always clean and staff is always friendly. A few times I've gone they were out of stock on items I needed. Also wished they had a few produce products in stock when they're in season. But no biggie. Not an issue to make a trip to another store to get what I need. I really like their "digital deals" they have. Just wish it was on a lot more of their products. Overall, love coming here.”

“The employee at this Stater Bros, Tyrell, was amazing. As me and my parents were waiting in line. He said we could come to his station and we did. I am learning how to use money so it took a little for me to get my money out but he was very nice and patient :). He also bagged up all of our stuff very quickly and nicely. Tyrell is a very good and hard working employee and I appreciate his commitment. :D”

“Michael was awesome ! It was late, and I had just gotten off of work, and it also happened to be my daughter’s 15th birthday…. I was stressed.. and was thinking about where I might find a last minute cake.Michael who typically works the meat counter was washing equipment in the back. And saw that I needed assistance. He openly admitted to being “a little” unfamiliar with the cake/pastry department. But was optimistic, and assured me that I would get taken care of.After just a few moments he had his gloves on and was ready to assist. He helped me choose a cake for my daughter that ultimately made her night. And I couldn’t have been more happy. (And the cake was delicious !) Thank you ?!”

“Of all the Stater Brothers I have been to, this is the cleanest one thus far and I visited to at least 10 locations. When I first moved to the Ranch, I wanted to make sure there was a supermarket close by in the community. Back in 2019, I met the store manager, who was well into 25 years plus with Staters. He greeted everyone who walked thru those doors. He knew just about everyone who came thru that store. Very friendly and gave the big store community service vibe. The produce are always fresh and so were the meats and cuts.I must say that I can depend on this location to provide the best service every day.”

“Stocked, clean & courteous staff.Stater Bros is pretty standard no matter the location. Usually the lines move quickly. Facility is well stocked and cleanUPDATE..I swear no matter how often staff changes..they are polite, professional and assistive”

“It's been almost 6 years since I started shopping at the Bryant Street Stater Brothers in Yucaipa. Although it is still my favorite store to shop the management really needs to do something about the cashier whose name is Debra. She has been rude to me every single time I have shopped at the store. Doesn't speak to me whether in greeting or in parting. Not even so much as a thank you for shopping and usually chats with the other employees standing around. Hands me the receipt and continues her conversation as if she had never seen me. She would probably be better suited to stocking shelves after hours than being the face of the company at the checkout. Because of that my five-star review has now dropped to four stars.”
