“Overall, I've had a good experience here. I notice some people commenting think a drive thru wash should do everything to your car spic and span, while giving you a massage. Realistically, that drive thru does a great job. A drive thru will never be like a hand wash or dry. I rated 4 instead of 5 stars, because lately there have been no towels to wipe down my vehicle following the drive thru. Today I went, and was pleasantly surprised, as there were micro fiber towels available. And, there was this Hispanic young woman running around busting her butt off in this hot weather, making sure there were towels, gathering the used towels, putting tape on the rear window wiper blades, and just seemed to be everywhere. She's a keeper, and I hope the business appreciates her as I do. For disclosure, I have a membership with the car wash, paid monthly, and plan to continue for the time being.”
“Well, they're still as awesome as they were in my last review but, today was a little different..today the power went out..I don't blame them cause I'm pretty sure the power went out for everyone above them because my friend who lives on 2nd St. their power went out as well & they are above fast 5. Anyways it was only a couple of minuets of power outage..no big deal.”
“I was so happy when I found out this gas station being built on the blvd was a Shell station: That is the only type of gas I use for my vehicles I've been going to only this one since it was opened a couple years ago and that's because The family working there are always nice and friendly.”
“This place has gotten significantly better very recently. The last time I was here, I was left with soap residue everywhere, because there was no rinse before the dryers. That has all since been fixed, most of everything in this tunnel works as it should now except some of the blowers don't activate correctly on time but as I said, it's a significant improvement. They also offer memberships, capping out at $15 and single wash options from 6 to $8. They also vacuums that you can get for free with every wash. The place still needs a little bit of work however.”

“The station is well kept receipts at pumps always available store is clean , car wash easy go thru well avail price ranges but today July 8th 2024 8:00 is the day I decided to do a review bc of the excellent service I have gotten from the two who work there often about a month ago there was a mistake on my end with my card the guy kept his cool and still remained sitting with excellent customer service I appreciated it I have bad days but bc of how he acted I still chose to come back and bn there several times after and still get great service from both him and her they know me as a regular i Doordash often love to grab the chicken always fresh well done I never did catch thier names so that's why I posted the date and time bc then corporate would know who was working please give them some type of appreciation impressive customer service skills .”
“Joel and his staff are super friendly and treat my vehicles with lots of care. Been coming here for years and leave satisfied. I always communicate with them if there’s anything I think needs more attention and they leave it looking amazing. Always make sure to leave a nice tip too!”
“Edit: the charges actually were corrected! Changed from 1 to 4 starsFirst time customer…Did the drive through car wash 2 times this week, once for my car once for her car. Paid with debit card and selected the $6 car wash option. Looked back at my bank statement today and they charged me $10 for each wash!It did an okay job, but will definitely not be going back.”

“I've been coming to Yucaipa Auto Spa for a while now and have brought my cars here plenty of times. I've honestly never had an issue. Evervone I've dealt with has always been friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. They do a great job and I've always left happy with how my vehicles look
I saw one of the negative reviews and just wanteo to share my own experience because I personally don't agree with it. I've been here many times and have always had a positive experience. Good service, nice people, and a place l'|| definitely continue bringing my car to!”
