We recently had a horrible experience with an AT&T store close to our home that we had to have rectified by the Yucaipa store. Kyle at Yucaipa not only looked professional with his dress attire, rather than a baggy sweatshirt at the other store, but was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in assisting us. He set up our two new phones, corrected an unauthorized change in our billing account and gave us the actual future monthly billing amount rather than the low-balled amount, to make the original sale from the other store, with a more accurate amount. Overall, Kyle and the Yucaipa AT&T store gets an A+ and has gained a future customer.

This place is a excellent store. The customer service was outstanding. The red headed male manager was a consummate pro and extremely helpful and patient. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a AT&T in the IE. Thanks for the help

I just wanted to acknowledge and thank the manager Mike at the Yucaipa AT&T store as he made our experience most enjoyable and easy. His kind, calm, and confidant presence was very much appreciated in finding a solution for replacing a glitchy phone for my husband. He took great care of us from beginning to end. I also noticed the young man working (Kyle I think?) was taking care of his guests in a similar manner as they all seemed to be enjoying their experience and smiling too. Will definitely return! I love going to this store cause I get better customer service than when I call 611 Michael the store manager is awesome and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers unlike the people one the phone who make u sit on hold for an hour and a half and hang up on u

Had made an order online and received my email and text saying that my order was ready for pick up. When I got to the store the new phone was got out of the safe an brought to the table and for whatever reason I was told "it was stuck in the system" and couldn't be released to me and that I needed to call customer service because there wasn't anything they could do! Neat-less to say I left the store without the phone or any RESOLUTIONS due to the "customer service" number being closed. Called ATT bright and early the next morning an was told there wasn't any reason they could see as to why my order wasn't given to me. Have been with ATT for close to 20 years so this was a super frustrating and very disappointing experience an enough to write my first yelp review!

Danielle was absolutely amazing and helped me through every technical difficulty I had with my new phone. I informed her that I was a college student who needed my phone up & running by the time my class started and she resolved my issues with my connection in less than an hour. We drove all the way to Yucaipa after reading reviews. Moe was so thorough and attentive. My phone was quickly working, I totally recommend this store. and Moe. Worth the drive to get such good service! Five stars!

Had a great experience today at this location. Marlene helped us create a new account & add a new line. She was nice and patient, informative and explained the plan details clear. We were helped as soon as we walked in and the process was easy and completed in a decent time.

If I could leave no stars I would... this place is disgusting, you walk in, the store is dusty and there is trash all over the floor. There is a employee I saw standing directly outside the front door smoking a cigarette. She saw me give her a dirty look because I had to walk past her to go in with my newborn son, then she moved over the Jersey Mikes, kicks her feet up on there tables and smokes. Does she not have any respect for customers? And if im not mistaken smoking a cigarette within 50 feet of a building is illegal. Its just not pleasant at&t should be ashamed to have such disrespectful employees representing there company!

AT&T... YUCAIPA STORE Promotion: buy 2 phones get 2 free + 2 free iPads + 20% discount for Beaver Medical Group employees. Sounds great. We sign up. We take the 4 phones total. We are told to come back in 2 weeks for the second free iPad, because they don't have another one at this time. We go back in 2 weeks and they tell us that it was "while supplies last" and they are all gone. OKAY... employee discount? "Oh, that's only on some plans... not the one you signed up for." And the kicker?? We get a text message this morning saying that we don't qualify for the 2 free phones, AFTER the two week cancellation period is up!! So now, we owe them for 4 phones at over $800 each! I AM ANGRIER than I've been since my cookie supplier cancelled my gingerbread man order two weeks before Christmas. We've called and spoke with several customer service reps and what do they say? "Oh, never go to an authorized dealership, they don't now what they're doing... always go to a corporate office. We can't control what those salespeople say and do, unfortunately... blah, blah, blah. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS???
