I've been a customer since I was 16. On time with payments, typically paid early and have multiple accounts. I keep having concerns with one of my accounts and after being on the phone for hours to get no results from their customer service department, I figured going in person should help with any issues. Mr. Tho Nguyen, prefaced our conversation with "I have an upcoming appointment but what do you need". So I proceed to tell him my situation and he states, "you should go to another bank." He encouraged I close my chase account and was happy to explain all the ways I could. Then proceeded to ask if I was interested in a business account or new credit card. Needless to say, I'm over Chase and this interaction left me unenthused on returning to this branch.

After talking with bank ,problem was resolved and for a big bank they are ok..it seems banks and even credit unions could care less about their customers over all these days but what are you gonna do ? I can't keep that much cash in my house

I have been a customer with CHASE for many years and have noticed a decline in their service laterly. I am not sure if it is under new management, just noticed different people working there. I have been going into the bank branch more laterly since covid, normally don't bank inside, but not pleased what I seen. Most of the tellers are very nice, but witnessed one today that had dark wavey hair pulled back that wore glasses that was rude to say the least. They cut back on the tellers and added the ATM machine which has been down for months. The line is long and the bank needs to be more concentrate of the customers needs and time. Months previously, when I was in the bank when the ATM was working, but kept freezing up, a customer brought it up with one of the managers. He was so rude to the client and would not listen to the client's concern and kept on walking by. All I can say, this bank has decline and not sure if I want to do business with this branch.

I despise this bank and the employees! They are rude and slow. One of the ladies is also a liar. The one in redlands in the Albertson's center is the best!

Extremely unprofessional staff, staff who do not care for customers nor are aware of customer service. I had an appointment at 10:30AM. I came in on time. I waited. The banker, Tho Nguyen wanted to clear the lobby so he catered to other customers and kept pushing my appointment back. He initially asked for 10 minutes which turned into 20 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a a supervisor whose name was Erica and she didn't care not one bit and told me to suck it up and wait. She didn't cater to my needs nor did she take the time to hear me out. I've been a chase member for over 20 years and this has been the absolute worse experience. I trulyHope they close this branch down.

Disrespectful rude tellers!!Mean to all customers!! Chase bank is pathetic. Incompetent staff. Don't waste your time with this place . Yucaipa branch is ridiculous. Can't even treat people with respect. I'm sorry you barely make any money as a teller. Not my fault you hate your job!!!

They are always understaffed only two tellers and I always have to wait for a long time the lady directing us must of had a personal space problem because I was trying to show her something on my phone and she kept taking noticeable steps back from me like if I had the plague which honestly made me feeling icky I truly don’t enjoy coming here unless hector is here to help me

Great bank,I love it since day one I had banks account from Chicago city all the way to California great bank to work with them great customer service always helping with their best way to make my day every time I leave the bank I have a smile on my face:)Thanks
