I am so happy to shop here.the bakery crew is great, the crew kept ordering a family favorite for us and we happily got our cakes...the meat department always cuts the appropriate portions for me as most are larger sized. Will keep shopping here.thank you..

Stater Brothers is playing lip service to the California Mandatory Mask Mandate. I was there briefly this evening and out of six employees that I saw, one had no mask and one had his mask well below his nose. If management allows this violation of the law, what other health laws do they violate?

Your cashier worker Christina is one of the rudest and biggest b-words I have ever come across In a grocery store, especially stater bros. With the quality that comes with stater bros, I would have never expected them to have hired such a rude individual. From back talking older customers, and snatching cards from customer hands, she has the most grotesque personalities there. Shame on you for hiring her stater bros, we all expect more from such a highly respected store. 0/10 will never give my business to the Yucaipa blvd store again. You can thank your worst worker for my opinion.

Subject: Employee incident at Staters on Yucaipa Blvd on 10-29-21, resulting in complaint to the Corporate office. While shopping, I moved my cart aside to make room for a mother and her 2 little daughters to go by. The kids were dressed in very colorful Halloween costumes, one being a unicorn, a costume my little niece would like very much. They passed by & I continued on. At this time I heard a very tall, thin, African American employee say, "Take your time looking at the little girls." I immediately went to Brock, the store manager, with my complaint. Brock, however, is an ignorant and incompetent MORON. Not only did he fail to address the issue correctly, he initially gave me the name of the WRONG employee. As soon as I arrived home, I contacted Staters Corporate office, who returned my e-mail within the hour. I made it clear that I will move forward with a lawsuit against Staters claiming 'defamation of character' in the event that Corporate fails to address the issue concerning this employee. I received a phone call from Shelly, a Corporate Regional Manager, who did EXCELLENT work while looking into my complaint, WHICH INCLUDED A REVIEW OF STORE VIDEO. I am very happy with Shelly's response in this matter. However, in the event that I have another experience like I had on 10-29-21, I WILL IMMEDIATELY TAKE THE MATTER TO AN ATTORNEY FOR A LAWSUIT CLAIMING DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. If it were not for the quick response of the Corporate office, I would be talking to an attorney right now.

Went to the Yucaipa stater bros to get a wedding cake it was lopsided had finger prints in it it was the sloppiest made cake I've ever seen I was devastated I almost cried they didn't even wipe the icing off the cardboard I was so sad and stressed out !

I had such a great experience today with the checker Monique. When we were checking out she asked us if we were buying the parsley. We actually wanted cilantro. She said that some people make the same mistake because they look similar. This saved us a trip back to the store. Thank you Monique.

Wanted to give a shout out to Brittany and her service deli crew. With it being so hot, and no one wanting to cook, they were so busy!! But the girls were so helpful and sweet!! Fast and friendly service.

I stopped into the bakery at the Yucaipa ca location and received the best service I have ever experienced in a Stater Bro by Madeline Solis. She was very attentive and helpful with helping me purchase a birthday cake for my son. As I approached the counter she was working like a lil bee but immediately greeted me and offered her assistance. I loved the Cake and especially Ms. Solis work ethic and professionalism. I had to ask her name and that I appreciate her service. To keep it up. It truly made my day!!!!Thanks Again Good job Stater brothers for snagging this one!!!!!

I ran in the other night in a frenzy, halfway through cooking family dinner and oh no!!! No one bought the Indy potatoes. I'm not from Yucaipa so I asked the first person I saw which isle they were on. He was wearing a white shirt and his name was frank I think. He stopped what he was doing and walked me right to what I was looking for. He was very helpful and kind and really showed what customer service should be!

This is honestly the worse customer service I've ever went to at Stater bros . The supervisor in the Bakery is very rude and I'm just trying to get a cake made I will never come to this bakery again it's beyond ridiculous. They need better staff in the bakery area .

I went to Stater Bros. this morning to get chicken thighs and some Roma tomatoes, when I went in the store I couldn't find the red baskets I have been using for over a year, I asked the check out clerk(sorry I don't know real title) where they were and she told me that at the present time Stater was no longer using them, I said how am I going to get my groceries (I am a above knee amputee in a wheel chair) and I was in my wheelchair, so to make a long story short, she suggested I use one of the smaller push carts but I said if I push the cart who's gonna push me, then she suggested I get an electric cart but I was already in a wheelchair and it would have required one of the few people on the floor to help me back to my car with the electric cart and wait for me to put my wheel chair back in my car. I realize there are limitations to what the check out clerk could have suggested but could she have been more sensitive to the situation and on top of it all she was the one who checked me out and said "well I guess you figured it out", I did I had the groceries in my lap. I shop Stater Bros for all my grocery needs and being handicapped and the staff that go out and retrieve the carts are always helpful to me when I need an electric cart but I think the inside staff need some check up from the neck up and be alittle more sensitive to the handicapped/disabled people who come into your store, remember they're are other competitors who offer the same or similar products, Thank you for listening!

I appreciate that grocery stores are open and want to thank everyone out there on the front lines keeping our community fed, safe, and functional. To each and every worker at Stater Bros, from the teenager sanitizing grocery carts to the managers to the warehouse workers, THANK YOU. We need to stay vigilant during this pandemic and wear masks in public and maintain social distancing or we will continue to drag or economy and out hopes down. Our states governor has mandated measures to help us slow the spread of COVID-19, so please do your part. Think it's a hoax? Visit a hospital and speak with any of the health professionals there. Talk to any of your neighbors who have loved ones who are sick or have lost family members from this merciless virus. Please don't give the staff at stores, restaurants, or businesses a hard time for requiring a mask to enter. Please understand they're doing what's necessary to stay open and helping our community by proving goods and services in the safest means possible. Be part of the solution by wearing a mask, practice social distancing, and encourage those around you to do the same. My post in in response to someone who complained about not being let in without a mask and I wish to show support to the staff at Stater Bros for doing their best to maintain a safe environment for our community to shop in. You wouldn't let my family in because we didn't have masks. We had our 9 month old with us. And as I sat outside while my husband went in with a makeshift face covering I watched COUNTLESS people shop around with their nose hanging out of their mask or not wear one at all because they snuck passed you , (store manager Jessica) and then put one on as they were checking out. This is a CHOICE. there is no penalty for not wearing a mask. So thank you for having us wait outside while you stir up the hypocrisy.

wish I could give this place less than one star. I went in there with my sister and the service was horrible. First we went into the produce and there was no help and when we asked for help the people were always rude. Then when it got time to check out the bagger was making jokes to us and then we heard him make jokes about us to other coworkers and customers. Very unhappy and will be glad to go somewhere else.
