We had a tough time trying to buy a home due to investment companies out bidding us most of the time, but Joe and his team never gave up on us. He is a great guy not only to work with, but he is very active in the local community. He is a coach for Yucaipa High School and a youth paster in Beaumont. People like this are hard to come by these days, and I would highly recommend going with Joe and Family Tree Realty.

“Very nice place in Yucaipa. It is a little small, so there’s not as big of a selection? But it’s really nice, the service was very nice, and I have a baby sister, and she was going around the store pulling things out and throwing them on the floor, grabbing stuffed animals and drooling over them, they were very nice and did not seem angry or annoying she was doing so. They even interacted with her and cleaned up after her. Very nice. Got a Steve Madden purse for 2.99 here, crazy right? I got a really cute dark green crochet sweater, which was super cute, my mom got some dresses, a bathing suit cover, some workout pants and a free people dress for two dollars and 97 cents! Free people is usually pretty expensive, probably like 150 dollars, got it for 2 bucks! left some donations too. I got like 40 off because of the exchange cost. Really nice, came up to like 70, and got everything for 14 dollars!”
