I just came off of a cruise. We got a email stating someone had Covid. Get a rapid test. Tried to schedule appointment on line with no luck 2 times. Decided to wear a mask and go to CVS Yucaipa lady at pharmacy counter said book on line. I told her I have already tried. Then she said call, so I sat down to call and she told me get out of the store. I went to my vehicle and called and it said to do it on line. I will never ever step into CVS pharmacy again.

I used to pick up my prescriptions at the Tri-Center CVS in Redlands. There is an amazing employee by the name of Erica who used to work there. She now works and Yucaipa. I was so happy to see you working there. Erika has the best customer service I have ever seen. She really goes out of her way to make sure that you get your prescription even if she has to contact your primary doctors. Now that I know that she is in Yucaipa, I am most definitely transferring all my medication‘s to the Yucaipa store instead of the Redlands Mall I recommend that Erica receives a hefty raise. She is very professional. She always has a smile on her face, and I always look forward into seeing her because she always make sure my prescriptions are intact.

Great - the layout and merchandise is very Nordstrom but the prices are CVS. Employees know where things are plus Carepass is the best thing ever

Very unprofessional customer service. My medication was filled and ready and it was able to go through my insurance but one of the new pharmacists who i now know is the manager named Ernest refused to let me have my script till the next day regardless of the fact that there was nothing holding it up. Since then I have changed my pharmacy to Yucaipa care pharmacy and I've never had any problems since then. I've heard of many people having problems getting their scripts filled here and after many issues I finally decided to switch. If you have problems here I'd highly recommend Yucaipa care.

This store is under staffed. The wait times are frustrating. It's a high visibility location. It is an old location for a different business, its not large enough for a CVS.

I used the Self Checkout and it tore part of my receipt and coupons. The female clerk with the long dark hair reprinted the coupons but said that they don't reprint receipts. Though nothing important had been lost from the receipt.
