I called to get a covid test. Couldn't make one, have to go to the web site. Couldn't make one there either, so I called two local Rite Aids. Same hassle, same difficulties! Went to sbcounty/covidtesting site, no problems! Got a test the next morning and the result the next day. County made it real easy to go to local Yucaipa Senior Center, no waiting, very nice people who had to sit out in this summer heat!

I moved my business from Vons to CVS about a year ago. Time to move again. They are unable to remove prescriptions from their automatic phone and text refill system if they are now being filled by my mail order prescription company (CVS Caremark). This results in text messages offering to refill prescriptions that they should know my insurance company will not pay for and I already have. I tried working with them in store and by phone. I will move my two remaining prescriptions to another local pharmacy.

My mother is in her 80's, in a rest home, so I handle all of her business affairs, including ordering prescriptions. This morning I tried to log in to her CVS account to check on reorders, etc. This is an account I assisted her in setting up 6 years ago, have used it regularly during these years. The login told me it was time to change the password, but the system would not let me change it online. I called their 800 helpdesk number to change it, but they could not help me without a medical power of attorney (which I have). The gave me an email address to send it too:
[email protected]. But I got an automated response, invalid email address. I spent the next 2 hours calling (888) 607-4287, 800 287 2414 and another number I lost, and the local store, to get the right email address or a fax number. Everyone told me to call someone else. The last (6th) person I spoke with told me that there is no provision for power of attorney and that there is no way for me to access this account again. This is, of course, utter horse manure, since I handle all of my mother's paperwork for doctors, insurance, legal matters, etc. But CVS in unable to comprehend that, even though I can still pick up her prescriptions. Complete nonsense. If you use CVS for prescriptions be aware that they do not handle paperwork or any complications well. In this case they do not handle them at all. No one was rude (except me after 2 hours), but know one knew anything either. The only response was "call someone else"

I have never had an issue with using CVS pharmacy until I came to this place. Every time I leave, I feel angry and frustrated. Relying on this place for my prescriptions was a terrible choice. Every time I would try filling a prescription, I never get it the first time, maybe after 3-5 visits of talking with them. Every staff tells me a different reason to why I can't fill my prescription. One instance, they told me it was at another cvs pharmacy so I have to call and tell them to put it back. When I called, they had no clue to what I was talking about and told me it is at the Yucaipa pharmacy, the one I was already at. After being a month with out this medicine because of their terrible service, I told them flat out there was nothing else I can try to do in order for me to have them get my prescription filled. After 5 TIMES of going back and forth to this CVS they simply were like "oh yeah we have it". Then, I watched they staff member search every where for it when it was in the bin by the register, labeled "to be picked up". They asked me if I wanted to schedule another refill for a different medicine I currently take and I said "No thank you" Just got a text saying that medicine is refilled and ready to pickup at this pharmacy. What a mess

I am super irritated that... we googled this pharmacy before we left Loma Linda at 9pm it was posted that they are open til 10pm. But we're closed my mother had to go all night without meds!!! Get to the window for the clerk to say I'm sorry! Inconsiderate. Transferred her prescriptions to Walgreens! Fix it! That's the least you could do!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I've called to have my prescriptions transferred multiple times and they are always on top of it, which I greatly appreciate. The drive thru never has long lines and it moves very fast if anyone else is in front of me. Very prompt, efficient, and excellent customer service!

I had the best customer service today while picking up my photos. Bailey was at the register, he was extremely helpful & friendly. CVS did something right when they hired him. I went to multiple stores afterward & wished every where could have a Bailey. I hope the managers see this & he is rewarded for being an amazing employee. Thank you Bailey, you made my day.

Never go to this CVS pharmacy, Kathy the pharmacist will arbitrarily break the law and refuse to fill valid prescriptions if she doesn't like you. Corporate has been notified and the California Board or Pharmacy has a complaint filed. BEWARE!
