I have been hesitant in writing a review because I am ashamed I trusted one of my rescue dogs with Chris. I saw the good reviews and had a recommendation and I allowed him to keep one of my dogs who I should've protected. I had no idea he would be treated worse than he was when he was at the shelter. Forgotten, dirty, and neglected. I told Chris this dog didn't like being in a kennel and he assured me he would be in his home - a LIE. He was stuck in a cold dirty kennel by himself. He learned NOTHING. He finally gave me photos of him where his coat desperately needed brushing and I saw the look in his eyes and knew he needed to leave IMMEDIATELY so I moved him the next day. He left with nothing but a rope around his neck. Not his collar or harness he came with, not his leash or bed or toys he came with. A ROPE. My trusted trainer said he was neglected and probably abused. He couldn't handle any tugging to his neck or being brushed. After two weeks my trusted trainer had him walking good on leash and he trusted them to pet and brush him. My trusted trainer was disgusted in the way he treated him and I will forever be scarred by Chris. You're a horrible person and you don't deserve to have any animal in your care. He's doing great by the way no thanks to you. We had to gain his trust all over again because of the neglect you caused him. You're sick and should be ashamed of yourself. When I confronted him about it he completely blew me off. "He was a hard dog to work with" no, actually he isn't a hard dog at all. He is actually an extremely sweet good dog that was being neglected by you. Anyone interested you can message me for pictures and texts.

I have boarded and trained with Chris a lot . His communication skills leave something to be desired but he’s somewhat responsive when needed via text. Him and the whole staff are great in person . My dog has boarded here at least 10 times and when I drop my dog off he is really excited to see Chris and staff. I know my dog, his body language would show me if he didn’t like the place. I like the photo updates when I get them . Staff is good at helping me out last minute. Hoping to watch this business keep growing … I think it depends on the dog but any reasonably well adjusted dog that has some level of crate training will be fine with boarding here . . And obv training results speak for themselves on individual basis . We did the rattlesnake training and it was good peace of mind in addition to the vaccine we also have . Thanks Enlighten Dogs !

Absolutely thrilled with our experience! Hank was aggressive on walks to other dogs and people prior to our session with Tristan. With just a few easy tips it is a pleasure to walk again!

Having completed beginning & intermediate training classes I highly endorse these classes. They're small groups & Brock was very attentive to each dog's needs.

Triston spent an hour at the house with Molly and me. By the time he left Molly already was behaving better and seemed to have learned “place” “wait” and “stay”. He taught me how to long leash walk her and how to reinforce these behaviors. I will be following up with group classes at Enlighten Dogs. Thank you!

Tristin was absolutely awesome with my boxer dog Rivers. He demonstrated how to use patience, tools, and proper commands to assist me in training Rivers for positive behaviors. Thank you to Enlighten Dogs and Triston for training me:)

I had a 1 hour training today with Anthony today and he was phenomenal, answered all my questions, shared with me some valuable tips on what to do with my 7 month old German Shepherd with some issues I and having! I can’t wait to see his progress one he graduates from the 10 day training that I am signing him up for! So far I am very impressed with this facility….so glad my Vet referred them to me!

Such a great training session for my Mini Australian Shepherd, Leia! Triston gave great advice, alternatives and showed us the steps when working on specific methods. He was very easy to communicate with and friendly. We will definitely be coming back when she’s 4 months for the group sessions!

Triston was patient and kind to our puppy Daphne and made us both feel comfortable. He gave clear directions of what we should be doing and demonstrated. He also followed up with a brief summary of what we should be doing .

Anthony was the trainer who came to help us with our puppy. He was on time, his instructions were clear, and he was great with Oreo. When he left, my husband and I both clear about what we needed to do to continue with the training on our own. We will definitely continue to use their services.
