I’ve been bringing all my vehicles to Exclusive Auto Repair for a while now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their honesty sets them apart, and I fully trust them with my cars. The team here knows what they’re doing, and they consistently do a great job. It’s hard to find a shop with this level of integrity and skill — highly recommend.

Poor Communication: Inability to explain the problem, delays in updates, or vague explanations.
Incompetence: Botched repairs, repeated issues, or using the wrong parts.
Dishonesty: Overcharging, claiming unnecessary repairs, or failing to complete work.
Negligence: Failing to properly secure parts (like brakes), causing further damage, or creating safety hazards.
Lack of Professionalism: Frustration, delays, or making excuses.
Excessive Time Taken: Keeping the car for an unreasonable amount of time.

I’m really thankful for this shop. They were straightforward and honest from the start. My car had rod knock, and the gentleman who helped me not only explained the issue clearly but also went above and beyond by helping me contact my car company. He mentioned that my car was known for this problem and might still be under warranty. He even called Hyundai with me, guided me through the process, and encouraged me to follow up with my dealership. Turns out he was right — Hyundai had a 15-year warranty, and my dealership ended up replacing the engine at no cost. If it weren’t for his help, I never would’ve known. I really appreciate the honesty and support from this location.

License plate was falling off because we went through a car wash near by. So nice wow talk about great customer service. They put on screw no charge although we insisted. Nice to have great people and places like this when needed.

Very pleased with the service.We took our Mercedes cla 35 amg for transmission and differential service.The price was good .They promised a time to be done and they kept their promise.The owner Sighn very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place for your European car.Thank u

A friend of mine recommended this place to me because she used to work here and I showed up and turns out I will never be back here again. They lied to me about my AC. They said my car needed “special freon” and a special part to put the freon in my car. I got the freon at AutoZone for $100 and did it myself and saved $325. If you’re a woman or know nothing about cars I suggest you don’t go here because they will try to rip you off.

We were referred here by another local European Auto repair agency. Have never had one poor experience with Singh & Exclusive Auto. They've always been straightforward & we never once got that creepy / sleazy car place feeling. My family have taken all our cars here for years now, European, Domestic, Import. Mini Cooper, F150, Camaro, Jeep, Lexus, etc. Probably half the cost overall of going to a dealer & I actually trust Exclusive Auto. Don't trust the dealers (except for Lexus but they're so expensive). I even got my tires here, for my truck, at a competitive price. They also have an oil change business on the boulevard near Arco gas - same thing have only gotten good service. Absolutely refer anyone who needs car maintenance to Singh. Great guy & we appreciate all the times he's helped us.

Exclusive Auto has proven themselves to be reliable, honest, and trustworthy. I have been here several times and they have taken care of my car quickly and at a reasonable price. They have a 12 month guarantee and stand by that. Their mechanics are thorough while not giving you a laundry list of every little thing that could be fixed in order to drum up more business.Mr. Singh has integrity and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of.

Needed a new engine for my Fiat. They found a used engine with close to the same milage that was on my original engine. Quoted a price and they were fair. Been driving on the used engine for two years with no issues. I have gone for oil changes and have bought accessories for my vehicle from them. I am very happy with their work and trust them. Don't let anyone else touch my vehicle.
