“We recently had a horrible experience with an AT&T store close to our home that we had to have rectified by the Yucaipa store. Kyle at Yucaipa not only looked professional with his dress attire, rather than a baggy sweatshirt at the other store, but was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in assisting us. He set up our two new phones, corrected an unauthorized change in our billing account and gave us the actual future monthly billing amount rather than the low-balled amount, to make the original sale from the other store, with a more accurate amount. Overall, Kyle and the Yucaipa AT&T store gets an A+ and has gained a future customer.”
