My phlebotomy person was Brenda B. She was very thorough and explained every detail about the procedure very well. I barely even felt the needle and then she had me check the labels for accuracy. I hope I get her again the next time I'm there.

My apointment was at 7:40am. I came in at 7:35,I was called at 7:40, in less than 10 min.I was in my way home. Very nice people. Love it.

It was my first time coming to this location and immediately Brenda stood out. I was running a little behind and there was an older man in front of me trying to use the self check in kiosk and was having trouble. Brenda came out to help him so gently and kindly. She then helped me and took me in right away. I usually have trouble with my veins but Debra got it right away no problem! She was such a delight to talk to as well. You could tell she enjoyed her job and talking with the clients. She was a true joy and made my experience something to remember. Thanks Brenda!

My mothers insurance has selected this place and I have had the misfortune of having to bring her here several times, only to find the front desk vacant and the overworked employees struggling to keep up or maintain a friendly demeanor. Avoid if possible.
