Michelle was an amazing driver. Got me and my car home safely. Made small talk avoiding the awkward silence that sometimes comes along with a tow ride home with strangers. Michelle took care of everything. I didn't get bothered with paperwork, payment issues, extra fees etc. Definitely made it a simple and smooth process.

Richard arrived in a blue tow truck marked road runner (I believe I have the right company). He was sent by god at 1am when my Tesla died on the road and Tesla Roadside refused to send anyone out to get me to a charging station. I called my insurer and they had him put in half an hour. Thank you again to this company he is a professional and towed with extreme precision into the Tesla charging stations.

Pedro was really professional and a great person to talk to on the road my car broke down and he was very responsible on getting back at me with the time he would arrive and he handled everything very smoothly would 10 out 10 recommend !

Nick changed the entire rest of our day with his positive attitude and uplifting presence. I will forever be indebted to this man for rescuing our family when we were stranded. He came in a timely manner despite the early hour.

These guys were a lifesaver!! I needed a specialty tow and they handled it no problem. They were fast and efficient and most of all helpful!! After getting everything hooked up and ready, they even helped find a hotel closest to the shop where my truck was going so I had a short walk in the morning! After the stress of breaking down on the side of i10 they were a big relief! If you are ever in need, don't waste your time calling elsewhere. These guys are amazing to say the least! Thanks again for everything!

Doug from Roadrunner was fantastic!! He got to my car quickly, was very friendly and helpful and then took pics of my car once it arrived at its destination to give me a time stamp of its arrival. Excellent service! I only want to use Roadrunner towing from now on!! A+++

Made an appointment and they reschedule three times, and still never showed. They took the 1000 and never showed to pick up the car.
