I have had my scheduled oil changes on our vehicles at the Yucaipa Valvoline Express for years with complete satisfaction. I appreciate the email reminders as well as the accompanying coupons. The free car wash is a great amenity too.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I came here to get my oil changed and these guys not only changed my oil quickly, they also gave me recommendations for what my car needed....so I came back ....along with my husband and our other car. The manager ED definitely knows his job. You just don't get that type of service anymore nowadays, but if you come here, you sure will! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 stars.

Came in a few days ago to get a basic oil change and be in and out and that's exactly what happened. Ignacio was more than what I expected when I came through here. Quick, smart , and efficient and he answered every question I had. Defenently am coming back to see him again.

Excellent customer service very informative. Nice friendly staff quick service ,pretty awesome can you? ED always gives you all the info in regard to your vehicle!! I travel two cities over to get this A one service and you get a free car wash with your oil change !!!!!!!!!!!😊😊🙌🏾🙌🏾

Will be back this is the only place I go to for an oil change.. I drive 20 minutes out off my way to get this service.. ask for ED he is very friendly and knowledgeable about cars and the service provided

My car got an oil change here two days ago I had to drive to Irvine and back yesterday and my oil light comes on, so I stop and pull over on the freeway. Turn my car on and off the light goes away not thinking to check my oil because I just got an oil change yesterday. Which everywhere that I’ve ever gotten my oil changed at has always been full after with no problems. Then today I had to drive almost 200 miles due to having to work further than usual and while I am coming back down the mountain with no service on my cell phone or anything nothing around me for miles my oil light comes back on. I had to pull over and check it out with no service and no stores or anything around me besides random houses for at least another 30ish miles in a very unfamiliar area. I am enraged and very disappointed in this service. I could’ve been put in a very dangerous situation multiple times this is unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this place. I have went to Oil Changers in Beaumont for years and they do great every single time. Unfortunate I made the mistake of going to Valvoline in Yucaipa. I will never go here again and neither should you. I would call to try to get some type of money back because now I had to buy more oil to fill up my car when you spend over $100 on an oil change for what nothing? I could’ve changed my own oil For way cheaper and less of a hassle after knowing all of this. But I didn’t because I thought it would be more convenient to just get it done and pay for it then and there being that I work 8 AM to 5-7PM so I don’t really have time to waste. Anyways, moral of the story just don’t waste your time here.

I've been here and the service is too expensive. Just wanted an oil change but somehow spent $360 dollars. I'm writing this review because they keep taking it down. It was the last time I will do business with valvoline. You will never get my business.

Ignacio and Eddie are the guys to see!!!!! These guys went through the car head to toe! I was here a total of 45 minutes and that included waiting on an air filter from auto zone.

I had a great experience at Valvoline for a quick oil change. The team was super professional, kind, and very efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, made sure I understood the options, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It was in and out with no hassle, and their precision and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast, friendly, and trustworthy service!

So tried to speak with assist mgr. While he was talking over me with other customers.
I was given gift to get oil change and car wash. Very upset that they had never ckd my fluids!
I was completely out of antifreeze and my car light
Showing super red HOT! scared car would catch fire in this heat driving on fwy. Did not want anything bad to happen while picking up my Grandson everyday from daycare.
Come to find myself it was totally out of antifreeze.
Will not return again.
Because it cost me $ buying bottles of antifreeze every day and then spent $$$ replacing my thermostat and waterpump.
