Went in to get a oil change. Did not know what to expect. Drove straight into one of there bays. Was met my Fino he was very friendly and gave me all my options for my colorado. While sitting in our vehicle he talked to us and asked if we needed additional services. After paying he directed us over to give us a free car wash. I highly recommend Valvoline Express on 10 st. and Yucaipa Blvd.

Fast service, friendly guys. Appreciated them talking to me while they did the service (you stay sitting in your car). They explained the work and were not trying to crazily upsell me on random things. A little pricey but I think it was worth the service and attention my vehicle got.

Great place to wash your car , the systems are always clean and in perfect working order. Plus they offer a spot free rinse that allows you to leave with out drying your can and won’t leave spots,

This was a very quick oil change and all the staff and managers were extremely helpful and responsive. My oil cap accidentally got cracked and it was a breeze to coordinate a repair. The regional manager was extremely quick in his response and ensured I was taken care of. He went above and beyond and earned a repeat customer for sure.

I had an amazing time at the bowling alley! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Came here for the first time for a cool experience " drive thru oil change. " Derrick and Ethan helped me out with all the questions I had and also gave their expert opinions on my vehicles services. Friendly timely and professional I will be returning.

I have been going to this location since it opened 30 years ago, I have always been happy with the care and service I have received. It recently changed from Shell to Valvoline. I am happy to report that, other than the brand of oil, nothing has changed. The Associates remain professional, knowledgeable and make you feel important. Highly recommended.
