Helpful staff. I'm going here in the future instead of talking to customer service on the phone who always try to scam you into not canceling service with their no knowledge of what they say. It's always something different. On the phone with Spectrum, I was told if I wanted to keep my internet I'd have to keep the cable...which is a total lie! Go to the Spectrum store instead of calling Spectrum.

Make Omar a manager !! I just needed info transferred from one phone to the other on a very busy day there. While sitting there waiting for my turn I saw how Omar was other customers and he's got the knack for customer service !!! He is an ASSET to Spectrum and deserves high recognition !!!!!

I worked with Jacob at the Yucaipa SPECTRUM store to help me transfer my phone to my brother and he was absolutely amazing and took all the time he needed to do it right and was very gracious and giving other help with getting class covers for old phones. It really really was nice to have somebody who really cared about getting customer satisfaction to the customer. Thank you, Jacob

Just wow. I started helping my mom with her bills. Spectrum had sold her billing items that she never used, which happens. We went into the store together. We waited for a rep for 10 minutes while two of the reps had a long personal conversation. The guy who helped us was nice and removed the extra items. Except he didn't, he just pretended to remove them. I just found out that my mom got another huge bill. She got the phone rep to again remove the items. Month 3, she got another huge bill and called again and was promised the items would be removed. I am awaiting the inevitable class action lawsuit to join. Companies like Spectrum need to be boycotted out of existence. #capitalism. Shame on the manager at this store. If you work at this store in any capacity and you are not insisting that your workplace be ethical, then you are part of the problem. Spectrum was the only choice where we live but a new service is coming. Our community is excited to mass dump Spectrum at the first chance. Overpriced, buffering internet, with the industries worst customer service. And grossly dishonest.

Omar was exceptional. As soon as I walked in the door he was greeting people and helping them sign in. He checked the issue I was having before it was my turn just to make I wouldn't be wasting my time (I was looking for a specific phone). He then went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. Thanks Omar!

I had so much trouble ordering internet over the phone and at 2 other locations (Redlands & San Bernardino) no one could help me. I came to Yucaipa and was helped by Omar & Leena and they were so helpful they got me my internet equipment and an iPad Great customer service thank you guys so much!

Awesome place, everyone here is helpful. David has been especially helpful, helping me , my wife and most importantly my Aunt who is 70, helping her get her apps and accounts back on track since she isn't good with technology, give this man a raise!

I haven't had any problems that they haven't taken care of. My complaint is they just raised my bill $80. I got a letter saying they would raise it $40 but to go in and slap new high charges is ridiculous. Another complaint is they have their times off. If you record a show especially like a game show, you want to see who wins. I can't tell you how many times it says delete before you find out who wins. So frustrating.

I wish I could put no stars. Went to drop off a box we no longer needed and the employee helping me added phone service and several other services while taking off our new customer offers. Literally doubled our bill in the matter of 2 minutes he helped me while I was holding my baby. Way to take advantage of a new mother. Highly recommend just to call if you need anything and stay away from going in to the Yucaipa location. Do they think we don't get instant emails about added services.
