I call to get and estimate for replace my MacBook Pro and the person who answer very rude,he can not give me a price for the repair over the phone that I have to drive to his shop so he can see the screen Brocken. This guy... $85 just to look at your PC... I brought my PC to Step Ahead Computers over a fan controller issue. Two days later the guy calls me and tells me that my hard drive is toast and I need a new hard drive and Operating System and it would be an additional $300. I was playing video games on the system right before I brought it to him so I know the hard drive was fine and this guy was not telling the truth. I got my PC back $85 poorer and when I checked the hard drive I could clearly see that it had been completely erased! This guy is nothing more than a con man with a store front.

I walked in looking for advice on how to set up my new computers. The person I spoke with immediately rolled his eyes and didn't appear too pleased to give the advice. I asked specific questions to which he gave vague non-specific answers. After a bit of back and forth he finally said to me "I'm gonna give you this advice and you are going to go to Best Buy or somewhere else and buy the equipment anyway? I asked him " Do you know of any computer business anywhere near here where one can go to get advice or information about computers"? He stood silent. I walked out on him because I came in for some tech advice and all I got was him bad mouthing me for not buying anything from him. One of the most unfriendly, unprofessional experiences I have had in a long time.

I was missing a screw on an nvme drive on my motherboard and they offered me a solutuon. staff was very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be a returning customer. The lan computer set up is also top notch and I'll be back to give it a run with some tournaments between buddies

Recently took my high end pc in to get fixed, the service was excellent. Issue was found in 2 days, and was fixed asap once the needed parts arrived. He gives great advice as well.

Knowledgeable staff and fair prices for my laptop repair. I would also recommend this spot for any person wanting to get into PC gaming. There are several computers available to play games. They also sell the parts you'd need if you decided to build your own. This place is like a mini Microcenter but with nicer staff.
