really displeased with my experience at this place.... should have just done turbo tax my self.... the lady helping me was not knowledgeable at all and was very unprofessional... the whole place smelled like cigarettes' I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody... they will never get my service again.... id advise going elsewhere

I had a great experience with the Tax Cottage in Yucaipa. These people really care about the service they provide. They show it in their attention to detail, and in their interactions with the customer. I really didn't feel like I was just a number and a dollar sign to them. They completed my return by the deadline that they quoted me, and their prices were very reasonable. Competitively reasonable, actually. Based on my positive experience, I would recommend them to anybody in need of tax-prep services, or any of the other services they provide. Thanks again!! :-)

We have been with Tax Cottage for many years & are very happy with their service. Jerry"s knowledge & guidance is invaluable. This year Renee met us at the curb to sign & we were so pleased at how it was done due to the Pandemic & we felt very safe. Highly Recommended!!

My first year filing with Tax Cottage and it has been the best year yet. I scheduled to complete our taxes here due to the highly rated reviews, and let me tell you I can agree with them all. Renee is very professional and informative.Thank you again Renee for taking the time with us, from going over previous tax years to answering questions about our two small businesses. I will be coming back next year and with all confidence say this place is worth the time and money.
