The U‑Haul Neighborhood Dealer is praised for its excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Customers report top‑quality service and no issues with the trucks rented for moving video games, pinball machines, or motorcycles. The owner assists customers when they struggle, such as providing a dolly for backing a motorcycle trailer. Many reviews highlight the convenience of the 24/7 location, though the U‑Haul app can sometimes fail to deliver a truck. Overall, the dealer offers reliable moving solutions and a welcoming atmosphere for all moving needs.
