Tracy helped me with my passport and she was so nice and helpful even letting me see my photo to approve it. The other workers seemed nice too. It was a relaxed environment.
Tip: make an appointment for passports! They will still take walk ins but they mentioned they get average of 20 people a day for passports and there was two people waiting after me already for passports. It’s much faster with an appointment and filling out the application before hand. You can print it online

Yesterday while mailing a package I noted to John behind the counter that I needed a passport- he offered to make me an appointment for the next day- and directed me on how to get the correct information off the website to fill out ahead of time.
On arrival Tracy went over the paperwork, took my photo, done deal.
Nice service. Nice people. Thank you.

Note left in mailbox stating nobody was home to sign for package. However, no effort was ever made to try to deliver the package per review of my ring cameras. I tried calling the number on the note 4x, and not once did they pick up the phone.

I've had to ship out mail and they're always pretty nice about it. The staff is helpful and the times I've gone I am always satisfied with the service. It's quick and easy. Never busy really. Small but comfortable

went on a Tuesday at the yucaipa location to have a package delivered to Dallas TX, today is Monday was not delivered! I will most definitely never ho this post office again, will just use my local post office, they never lost a package.

First time coming to this post office and I had a feeling my request to pick up Mail would not be accepted. I spoke to the lady at the front desk who told me she would have a supervisor contact me. After about 30min another female employee took down my tracking number and provided me with my Mail. Thank you Yucaipa USPS you are amazing!
