Went to this Verizon location today after my sister left her phone on the roof of the car Jacob was the most patient and helpful Verizon employee we’ve gotten the pleasure of working with. He helped her buy out her old phone, upgrade to a new one, and even lowered the cost of her current plan. They were also pretty busy this morning and neither of the employees working there showed anything but total patience and were thorough with every customer. Highly recommend coming to this location and working with the staff here.
