Very, very disappointed! I ordered 4 bowls, 2 with avacado. The avacado is extra. The avacado was brown. Extremely over ripe. Rotten! Why would you serve it???? It wasn't brown from the sauce . One bowl had no sauce. It was terrible.

Absolutely horrible customer service and lack of food prep. Waited triple the time no veggies and only two people working. Got the order wrong. Slow slow. Almost as bad as wing stop next door. Stay away.

Smelled funny in there, chicken had a slime like film on it. Ended up in the trash. Waste of money.

Chloe did a great job taking orders and being helpful, after a small misunderstanding the cook took it upon himself to be rude and disrespectful to her and she looked visibly uncomfortable. He was treating her so awful that my husband had to show him our receipt and tell him to be nice to her. She has a very slight stutter and was very nervous while trying to fix the small mistake, and his treatment of her made her more nervous.Chloe, we hope you find a better job where you're treated properly.

Went in today and when i came to the counter this employee with light brown hair and glasses walked away. very rude of him. when i was ordering he was very monotone, he sounded so uninterested and as if he hates his job, please hire people that know how to provide good customer service. also the food was okay, the chicken is good as always but the brown rice was crunchy /:

I'm so disgusted! I should've took it as a sign when I first walked in. There were zero people here. You have teenagers running this place. The cheapest forks, water cups and napkins I have ever come across. The decor is awful. I didn't ever know this was allowed for a WaBa. Bathroom was somewhat clean, but the toilet kept running and the paper towel machine didn't work. Overpriced and you def. don't get what you pay for! Taste like s**** Never, ever again! DO NOT COME HERE!

Needless to say I am once again disappointed with this location. Going in and ordering a chicken plate with extra chicken, with no fruit and no salad and sub all rice in its place and being very specific about it because the salad has been on more than one occasion wilted and old so I opt out, so the cashier repeats my order of " chicken plate with extra chicken and all rice". So I get my order and immediately notice they made with plate with the fruit and salad and I bring it to their attention and the person that took my order says " you didn't say you wanted all rice " , they did give me a small portion of rice to correct the mistake but the person kept saying " he specify he wanted all rice" as they were getting the rice. Poor customer service and not even a apology for the mistake. When I got home I had gotten a good portion of chicken since I ordered extra due to the fact that they weigh it out but the rice was lacking barely any at all, a small layer at the bottom. I will say that with all the reviews for this location, most are correct when they say small portions and alot of times poor service. Very disappointing especially for the price of a chicken plate with extra chicken comimg out to almost $18.00. It's good to see that management responds to some reviews but there still doesn't seem to be any changes which is very sad. To say the least this franchise needs to raise their standards and do a better job all the way around. The other WABA franchises portions and customer service are far better than this location. You can only give so many chances by going back with the hopes of seeing a change but it's still the same. They should have a set standard with the rice portions like they do with the chicken so it doesnt fluctuate so much and pay better attention to the condition and quality of their salad they serve and work on having the employees giving better customer service.

This place gets worse and worse. How hard is it to make a bowl of rice with chicken! Ordered through DoorDash and the restaurant in Yucaipa somehow didn't manage to make the order. Since the order was within 30 minutes of the restaurant closing, Doordash would not redo the order since the workers at Waba are so incompetent.

DON'T GO HERE!! STAY AWAY!! If your looking to overspend and get underserved then this is the place for you. They definitely cut the portions on any and ALL ORDERS. Not even my 6 year old got full with her serving. Wow if this isn't highway robbery I don't know what is. You would think that with all the money they save from ripping you off on the serving size that they could afford to turn on the AC in this place but no, hot and muggy! Not to mention the place is dirty and dusty!! Come on @wabagrill you guys really allow your reputation to be slandered by a location that conducts business this way. Remove the Name and call this place Ewwwwwwwww!
