Stay away from this pharmacy- the staff is completely disrespectful and highly negligent. I ended up having to travel there three separate times, and calling several other times. I called this morning, which I was hung up on multiple times. The lady who answered pretended as if there were telephone issues until I had to raise my voice that I was ON THE WAY. Once I stated I will actually be coming down there, she magically was able to hear me clearly. This pharmacy always has staffing issues, and the staff there are there are completely rude and hate their job.I needed my life saving medication and I was without it for multiple days due to the pharmacy's negligence, miscommunication, and staffing issues. Clearly I am not the only one who has experienced this as there are several other negative reviews. Hopefully corporate can help this location out...........

If you are going to pick up your prescription here just be sure to have around 5 hours free......... Oh and you will also be gaslit into thinking that prescription never even existed. Just pick another Walgreens.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. They are very understaffed. Do not use this place as your pharmacy. You will end up waiting forever for EVERYTHING.

Was humiliated at the Walgreens in Beaumont thanks to this pharmacist man here who refused to release my medications of like 13 years because my address is not in Beaumont area??? I moved out here 2-3 years ago and haven't changed it on my insurance but I just never had this happen before so I'm in shock.. they're soo aggressive -rite aid is the holy grail vs these dumps! Never changing rite aid again that's fursure. And please don't reach out" to me because I'm not changing this review. People need to know what these Walgreens are about- the disrespect is a no for me.

This is so sad. Their answering maching continues to say they are temporarily closed since Wed Nov 23rd until today Monday the 28th. Ive called the store several times with no luck until today finally someone answered and said their machine is broken but they've been open. Im disable so i can't just go and physically check but in the meanwhile i ended up in emergency due to not having my heart meds and insulin. No wonder I've checked out from Walgreens several times, you guys are horrible in customer service and patients can die and no one cares. The doctor has faxed the prescriptions twice and you still dont have them. Ridiculous.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Long lines, longer wait times, rude staff and they even gave me someone else’s medication twice. And it never gets better.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I rang the bell at the drive through window after waiting 10 minutes and not being greeted. They answer with a " we're busy hold on" Very rude employee and pharmacist. Guess it's time to switch to Rite-aid.

Young lady, I believe her name was Karee, she went out of her way to help me find what I needed. She actually stopped what she was doing and walked me to the item when usually I'm just told what aisle it is located. Then there was no cashier and she rushed over to get me checked out and on my way. Thanks Karee, great service!

They are the WORST! Extremely slow service, looooooong lines, rude employees, and prescriptions not ready even when they've sent you a text saying they were ready. The drive thru is filthy, there is trash all over the side of the building. It's been this way since before the pandemic. The last straw was when I picked up my refills and found smother person's medication in my bag. When I took it back, the pharmacist was unapologetic, and all he had to say was "well at least we didn't charge you for it". This Walgreens has been going down hill steadily for several years.

I visit Walgreens at least twice a week, as they are located very close to my place of residence. The staff members are always very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait in a line longer than I would expect to. Overall, five stars.

Walgreens pharmacy staff really puts forth the effort but they are clearly under staffed. They are proficient at there work however understaffing causes long waiting periods for customers. Corporate should rethink there game plan it's not working.

Thirty minute wait in the drive-thru pharmacy is not unusual and no surprise to be told your order is not complete or ready when you do reach the window. They tell you to come in and they will fill your order and when you do, because you cannot sleep without your sleep medication there are 7 people ahead of you. You know that when you finally get to the front of this line they will not be ready and you will have to wait again. The problem I can see is understaffing. Another problem is Walgreens does not care to put an address where we can address our concerns...only care about $$$$$...that is just my observations.

RACIAL PROFILING. So the pharm tech in the drive Thru assumed I was Hispanic several times and proceeded to speak Spanish to me, which I do not understand. She had me repeat things 3x, accused me of no insurance, and proceeded to have me repeat information several times. She kept bringing up old addresses and phone numbers and speaking Spanish. Then she said, "You don't have insurance! You don't have insurance!" I am 0% Hispanic and it should be indicated on my pharm records/profile. Why she kept trying to pronounce my name in Spanish and say things in Spanish and accusing me of having no insurance is racial profiling at best. I deserve to get service in a language I can understand! Not once did I speak Spanish to her. I'll be making a call to Corporate.

This is the worst Walgreens I have been through, the Pharmacy has the worst Customer Service ever!! I have been calling since 11:58am for 5 times first the same person answer me an hang up all the five times I called! End up call the store Manager Jenifer I explain the situation & she helped me.. As a customer service representative myself this is not acceptable at all. Jennifer said she was going to take care of the situation I hope she does, I'm new here in Yucaipa & I never spect the the only Walgreens one of the stores that I love would do this to a customer, now I'm gorse to change pharmacies
