Not opened 24 hours, came in at 10:40ish pm to get my kid Benadryl after an urgent care visit, and as I was looking, this staff member named Robert with w/a horrible pony tail walked up to me in the aisle and said "if you wanna buy anything now is the time to go, we are closing man" I then said "okay one more second", he then replied in an aggressive tone with "no more seconds, you need to leave!". How absolutely unprofessional and when I stated "your website states you're opened 24 hours", he then replied "I can't control the times the internet has man"... well Robert... actually you can, and so can your manager, and so can cooperate. Did NOT buy anything, nor will I ever buy anything from this crappy Walgreens again.

I have been coming to this Walgreens since 2018 & they absolute worst customer service now. The people speak to you like you're a bother to them. They refused to unload a shipment for a DoorDash order I had placed and said to come back later when the totes are unloaded. So I come back again & they still claim they do not have any and refuse to look. The website states they have "many in stock" and I could order for pickup but these people are just LAZY and RUDE. Disgusting.

These people are very rude and very slow. When you talk to him it's like you're bothering them. I will now start to go to the pharmacy at the bottom of the boulevard. That pharmacy is extremely helpful and extremely nice.

After several hours in the urgent care I headed over to this location to pick up a prescription for my son. I came just before closing and was greeted by the kindest employee. It's so refreshing to feel taken care of after such a stressful day and Carson certainly made sure of that. Bouncing between counter and drive up, alone I might add, she made sure I left with my son's prescription that night. By the time I left it was well after closing. Thank you Carson for such a pleasant experience!

Don't get your prescriptions filled here. This is the slowest service I have ever gotten at a pharmacy and the pharmacy techs are so rude. I've been getting my prescription filled here for a couple months but I am switching it back to my other pharmacy and I'm never coming here again.

I have come to this pharmacy 3 times in the past couple months & am wondering how they remain open with any customers. Every time I’ve gone in, twice inside & once in drive thru, there is one girl by herself trying her best to help drive thru & inside customers. She is super nice but you can tell she is STRESSED as anyone would be. Is it even legal to have 1 person be expected to try & handle that many people at a busy pharmacy like Walgreens? You couldn’t pay me enough to do what she’s doing. Management, you should be ashamed for treating your employees like this. There is NO excuse for a pharmacy to be ran this way. You’re not going to have any customers & the only good employee you have you’re going to lose if you don’t get it together.

I recently relocated to Yucaipa and have visited this pharmacy on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, I am compelled to share my disappointing experience and express my concerns regarding the services provided.During each visit, I encountered a recurring issue wherein the pharmacy claimed to have received only a fraction of the medications that were sent. Despite having multiple prescriptions sent simultaneously, I was repeatedly informed that only a few had arrived at the pharmacy. Consequently, I was instructed to contact my doctor each time to have the remaining prescriptions resent, which proved to be an arduous and complicated process. This entailed waiting for extended periods in the parking lot, making multiple trips in a single day, and further complicating an already challenging situation, such as recovering from an extensive emergency room visit or preparing for pre-operative care before undergoing surgery.The inconsistency and unreliability of their prescription management system have left me disheartened and frustrated. I have never encountered such issues at any other pharmacy, where multiple medications sent simultaneously were consistently received without any discrepancies. It is disconcerting to believe that their system might be compromised or in dire need of an update.As customers, we rely on the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacies to ensure the timely availability of our medications. Unfortunately, this pharmacy has failed to meet those expectations. The experiences I have had here do not align with the level of service I have received elsewhere.I strongly urge the management of this pharmacy to address and rectify these persistent issues promptly. It is imperative that they update their prescription processing system to prevent further mishaps and provide a more seamless experience for their customers.In conclusion, I regret to say that my encounters with this pharmacy have been subpar. The repeated problems with receiving the correct medications and the subsequent inconvenience it has caused have left me with a negative impression. I hope that my feedback will serve as an opportunity for improvement, ultimately leading to a more reliable and customer-centric pharmacy experience.

Pharmacy drives customers away from this Walgreens. I go there for years but in the last 2-3 years it became a nightmare to go there. If you have one person in front of you be ready to wait for 20-30 minutes. If you call them it takes forever. Today after I waited 30 minutes because I was the 3 rd person in line I went on their website and set up home delivery and left before I had a chance to be called. If you request refills they feel as they can send you texts to advertise for their vaccines. Who has time to go there for anything and wait if they are not able to help us. This particular Walgreens RX is known now as the worst all the way to Palm Springs, unbelievable

****REGARDING PHARMACY**** The staff at the pharmacy is VERY nice, however, they are severely understaffed, and it takes FOREVER for them to get your prescription. One car in front of me, that had already been there, and it took 33 minutes for that car, and myself to be helped. 4 cars behind me, two ended up leaving. After asking me who I was picking up for, took LITERALLY 10 minutes to come back to the window with my prescription, that had been ready for 4 days, BECAUSE every time I try to pick it up I end up having to leave because it's over 45 minutes, and still 2/5 people in front of me. No matter the time, or the day it's ALWAYS like this. If they're that busy, then then need to hire more staff! PERIOD!! And I could see in the window and there were at least 6 people standing inside waiting. This is RIDICULOUS! Again, the staff is always nice, but these wait times are out of control!

If I could give zero stars in would. Takes forever and is understaffed. One person working the counter, the phones, and the drive thru. No shortage of crackheads in the store waiting for their "meds." Rude customer service. Perscription called in the day before went in tge morning, still not ready. Said come back in 30 still not ready. Ridiculous. Go to one of the other pharmacies in town.

I'm making a complaint about the lines associated with this facility for the pharmacy. Both inside and out, there was an extremely long line (upwards of an hour of waiting, from 5th in line). I understand there are "staffing shortages" but with how much these companies make maybe you could afford to pay people more so your business thrives instead of continues to get crappy reviews. I feel for the lady working by herself, she was very nice. Come to find out we got a call the prescription was ready and after waiting that entire time, it was not. Waste of time, screaming baby in car, poor pharmacist by herself.

Everyone there is extremely rude, i was put on hold 3 time while i was talking and then at the end i had one more question and i was hung up on. He was extremely rude and needs a lesson on customer service.
