I went in for a front-end driver side fix, and once it was said and done. The front looked great. The paint was ideally like the rest of the car. The hood I knew wouldn't be exactly lined up to the rest because the side panel they had to replace. But what I disliked was they removed my fog light and never put it back. I went back to inform them it was missing, they said it was there when they fixed it. Months went by, and I kept hearing a rattling sound. I took it my mechanic and found my fog light dangling on the inside. When I called back here, they said they couldn't do anything about it because so much time had passed. How were they sure it wasn't me that moved it. I was shocked. As it was good colder in the later months, I noticed something different about my windshield, and I realized my windshield had sparkled just like my paint on my car. I called yet again, and they said they were careful not to paint my windshield, but I know what I see. I called my insurance company, and they said to go back in person and tell them the situation. But at this point, what could I do?

Extremely helpful, informative, communicative, professional. The person who hit our car only had the bare minimum coverage, which wasn't even enough to cover what the car was valued at as totalled. Let alone to fix completely. It's a commuter 20 year old Toyota with low mileage, so totally worth fixing. They didn't force us to agree to the full estimate, nor estimate with outrageous prices and only OEM parts. We were able to discuss what we wanted, what was necessary, and what could be left alone. I didn't even recognize it at first when we went to p/u the car, it looked amazing!! Ultimately we were able to pay for these repairs and most of the rental, with limited coming out of our own pocket. Thank you Doug for being so helpful and amazing!
