Great store experience when going in for a phone upgrade. The three guys there were very friendly and made it a super smooth process. We watched them take care of a couple other customers who came in with device issues, and it just seemed like they really cared. Will definitely go back again if we need anything cell phone wise.

2 people only working at the at&t store, they did a stupendous job getting there clients what they needed and as efficiently as possible. There names are Arron & Jose from Yucca valley.

I went to pay my bill to restore my service. My service did not come back on so I went back to the store and they told me it would take 24 hours! The next day I called AT&T and got a really helpful person who told me the payment I made was not applied correctly which was why my service didn't work. He then got it all done correctly. The store employee who told me it took 24 hours for service to come back on appeared to be the person in charge but he didn't really seem to care and was totally disinterested in helping me and obviously did'nt know what he was talking about!

They just mess everything up. I went to upgrade a device and change the number. A 3rd line was added , my primary phone was canceled, my installment plans were moved around , and I've had no help since. The 3rd line somehow had my phones installment plan on it and if I canceled it, I'd be paying the whole phone off at once. I've been to the store multiple times only to have them make problems worse. Now I'm down 4 months of payment to a line I never use and might owe the whole phone? Just make the drive down the hill and avoid them all together.

Horrible. The rep I talked to, Jason, gave me information that was incorrect and is now going to cost me hundreds of dollars and force me to cancel my AT&T plan that I’ve had for a decade. I wish I had never come here.

Terrible store. The manager and person I worked with, Jason, gave incorrect information that is going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I am cancelling my AT&T service as well. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

Both times I've been in here to set up a new tablet and upgrade my phone, Jason was so incredibly helpful. He wasn't pushy about purchasing accessories or extras and he was very transparent about charges that would be added to my account. He's a wonderful sales rep! Ask for Jason! ?

Went in June 8th 2023 just to ask some questions about adding a phone line to my account. Jose and Aaron help my wife and me figure out what we needed. Their customer service was outstanding. Rarely do you get that kind of attention nowadays! Really appreciate what these two gentlemen did for us. Jose being the manager was knowledgeable and really helpful. Alongside with Aaron who was courteous and knowledgeable too. Thank you gentlemen for that exceptional customer service!

Chris took extremely good care of me! He noticed a $90 package my father added for a cruise never got canceled and immediately took care of it! Also completely took care of getting 2 iPhone 14 Pros and AirPods Pro 2nd Generation ordered and all getting to my Father and I as SOON as they're available! He took care of other things as well and answered all of my questions! What a legend!

I went into the store upset and I was going to cancel my service after 15 years. I felt I was paying too much. Chris (the manager) and Mike not only lowered my bill but they got me a great deal on my new phone. Thanks Chris and Mike, you guys great. I then had to go in to deal with some other tech stuff and turn in my old phone. Again Mike was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and amazing to deal with. I feel he needs some type of acknowledgement for going above and beyond. I was so impressed by his great customer service and sense of humor. Thanks for everything Mike your the best.Chris your ok too. Lol. I am now a very happy customer.
