“Krista was extremely helpful. I called to request a copy of my proof of insurance since I lost it and to ask some questions about buying a car and adding it on. She gave me cost info, for a couple different options since I wasnt sure if its a Turbo, Preferred or Carbon. Told me about gap insurance and that State Farm covers my full loan since I have full coverage and I have 2 weeks covered after purchase where its covered evwn if I havent called.in yet. I felt very reassured and like I was prepared with good relevant info. Krista was upbeat and friendly as well
