She was fantastic! I went there with my wife, and we both got the best eyebrows ever. She uses natural and organic ingredients for her cosmetic line, all sourced from the Middle East.

Had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Nice lady. She did great work.
Just make sure you confirm pricing. Upper lip is $8 and eyebrows are $15 (all prices are on the wall).

My daughter and I get our eye brows threaded here. Very nice and personal small business owners. She does a good job on our brows and always recommends products that help my skin problems. Wonderful customer service.

Fay was so sweet and thorough! My boyfriend and I walked in for an eyebrow threading. She ended up giving him a facial too with her awesome organic products! She makes them herself and they completely changed the texture of his skin. Her homemade products are very high quality and all natural. We bought some to take back to LA with us :) thank you so much for the experience Fay!

10/5 stars. I have been coming here for about a year. 1) The quality of her threading and eyebrow tinting is amazing. she consistently makes my brows look perfect! 2) her home made skin care is the best! I'm a skin care snob and I keep coming back for her collagen/rose water, and facial mask. she has treatments for acne, eczema, dry skin. 3) Last- she is just the nicest, coolest lady.

I should have read the comments. Went in for eyebrows. I was asked if I wanted upper lip I said no, she ends up doing it. I have had my eyebrows done numerous time. I have never experienced anything like this. After threading my brows she put some lotion/oil or serum ALL over my face and neck. What if I would gotten an allergic reaction to what she put on me. Total end up being $25 with out tip. I never had to pay that much somewhere else. Would not recommend this place.

This was my second time here.. the first one was not pleasant but I figured I'd try again 3 years later. I came for eyebrow threading and tinting. My eyebrows were threaded a lot thinner than needed, I came in with very thick and full brows, left with thin and sparse brows. She had to tint three times, and each time it didn't show up on me. I tried to tell her it was ok, cut my losses but she insisted on doing it again and she slapped me lightly when she was done and told me to check her work. The first time I went in, she pulled my mask down (very early into the pandemic) to see if I needed my upper lip threaded, NOT OK. She is bossy, rude, and too touchy. I know she might mean well but it's unacceptable. I tried to like and support this place but I won't be coming here again. Hope this helps others. I'll keep going down to DHS.

I came to this place on a whim just checking out the local shops. Ended up getting my eye brows done and the lady was so pleasant she did my upper lip for free and gave me a facial. I was in no hurry, though it did take some time. She sold me some organic products, that I plan on using to keep my face nice and clear! She noticed that I picked my face and she was so helpful. I'll be back here when I travel here

Fay did both me and my sisters eyebrows, upper lip and chin today and she did an AMAZING job!!!! She was super nice, friendly, and gentle. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and hope to be back soon.

Extremely disappointed with this place i dont know how they are still open. Asked for my eyebrows waxed and she did, she told me she wanted to wax my upper lip and I told her no thank you. She ended up doing it anyways and had the audacity to charge me. What was supposed to be a 15$ trip ended up being 40$ never going here again.

Visiting my family for the first time in Yucca Valley right outside of Palm Springs and because of the town being small there's only so many options and luckily I found this small family operated threading place next door to a cool store, and a Korean restaurant. The lady runs the place with her husband, both from Iraq I believe. Very nice people. She is very skilled at her work. Highly recommend

I wanted my eyebrows thin, the person that helped couldn’t make it thin said that’s i can’t do it for you making up an excuse “they look fine I’m done”, instead tried to sell me stuff when I wasn’t even satisfied with my eyebrows. Need better customer service!

Best threading place in the desert. I missed my go-to threading salon in NYC & was so glad to find one in the high desert, she does incredible work here. Will definitely come back regularly to keep my brows in perfect shape.

Let me start by saying I feel terrible leaving a negative review on a small family owned local business. I really wanted to love my experience here and become a repeat customer. Sadly, this is not the case. The woman who did my eyebrows was very pushy, aggressive, and at times flat out mean. Before I even sat down in the chair she was trying to sell me on a membership. I politely declined as it was my first time there. I could overlook all of the above if I didn't walk out of the salon with uneven brows that are now much thinner than I had explicitly told her I wanted. I left the salon crying and furious. Needless to say I will not return. I spent two years growing my brows and she destroyed them in two minutes. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.
