I've been on board with Ron and his staff sense Oct 2016, just before I turned 65. He has held my hand and walked me through everything I needed to know and do to get the best out of Medicare. Every year he gets with me to make sure I am getting the most from my plan due to any changes in Medicare. He has seen me through a couple of moves including to another state. He is the best. You will be so glad you called him. You will never have to worry about your Medicare again.

This family-owned agency has good old-fashioned family values; they are professional, answer all your questions knowledgeably, and never try to "upsell" their products. Tell them what you need, and they will accommodate. Best of all, I can count on Jeremy to service the account and advise me on the letters and requests from the insurance provider months after my initial sign-up, always promptly too. Highly recommend.

Six years ago, my husband and I retired and moved to Palm Desert from a wintery Midwest city. Shortly after our move, we were extremely fortunate to meet Jeremy Proctor who has helped us navigate the arcane universe of Medicare, the ACA and dental insurance. At our annual fall meetings with Jeremy he has been completely prepared to show us the insurance plans available and answer our questions with confidence. By reviewing our med lists and comparing them to the formularies of the Medicare drug plans he has been able to save us significant expense. We have often had questions that pop up after our meetings. Jeremy has been very responsive, and usually sends us answers through e-mail within a few hours. We are very happy with Jeremy and wouldn't think of using anyone else.
