Terrible Experience 9 out of 10 times the drive-thru ? is ALWAYS broken/out-of-order and even when it finally *DOES* get fixed, you go back the very next day and it's literally already broken down AGAIN!!! VERY VERY VERRRRRY Frustrating...Not too mention that if you have any questions or concerns, don't bother trying to call this local bank. As I can say from personal experience that they NEVER ever answer their phone. If I could rate Chase "ZERO" Stars, I most definitely would. ANY bank OTHER than THIS one, would be a million times better!!! Take my advice, Don't waste your time and take your valued business AND your money elsewhere where you'll be Appreciated and the company takes care of their atms AND makes sure they are in working order; MORE often than not...???? PS: I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just giving my gods honest opinion and this is it.

The staff here is really nice but the wait times can be pretty bad inside the branch. Make an appointment if you need to speak with a banker or do a transaction outside of a teller, or chances are, you will wait a bit. At one point, some idiots tried to steal the drive up atm so there were some significant waits outside when the bank was closed, but they got that all fixed.

In general I'm happy with Chase however i have had a couple of issues but the manager took care of the problem and reversed the fees I was charged. It was annoying but mistakes happen and as long as they're corrected all is well.

ATMs are non existent. They are trying to force everyone on to the app so they can shut down branches and get rid of employees. Like every big corporation, it's all about the bottom line.

I am new to Yucca Valley! Laura was a great teller! I had a check issued to me but I am not yet a Chase Bank client. I will soon be though thanks to her great customer service.

Open my account there more than 20 years ago how to satellite company overdraft my checking account which caused several checks to bounce they fixed it for me without charge they didn't have to do that but I will never go back to DirecTV over this

Awful bank. Poor customer service. Rude teller. Won't cash a personal check issued by a Chase account holder for over $2,500.Shady business practices. Glad Im not an account holder with this bank

Yucca Valley, CA If you want bible verses go to this branch! The branch manager is a 300lb mean bible touting woman. they have the worst customer service. i had a 3,300 government pension check and they recorded it as 1200. I said that is the wrong amount. They did not apologize and then corrected the amount and put a 9 day hold on it. I said this is bull*** you should look at the check first and apologize for the wrong deposit amount. and she said I am banned from their branch for not being Christian like and touted in about God! She said I only need to apologize to God! She said I am calling global security on you! I was to find out it happens at this branch quite often! In 74 Years this is a first!

Don't appreciate that you're not open 24/7 anymore. People need to be able to talk to a bank representative at odd times not just 9 to 5. Thank you Recently I've needed your assistance at the middle of the night and even just at 8:30 pt. I feel you should have someone available to help at all hours for banking purposes.

I used to bank with Chase for decades. The new branch manager is such a j*** I went with Schwab instead, free checking, no fees.

Today l will be with drawing my 30 grand plus from my savings account. I was denied chase credit. I also have direct deposit and will be closing my checking account asap.There are smaller banks that would love to have my business.

Disappointed that they rejected something that i had signed up and put my account. Where i really needed help. My fiance was trying to help me and I feel like i cant have money in my account now. The fact you rejected my funds, im struggling. I blame you guys and regret going into Chase and signing up….

? ? ? ? ?I am giving 5 Starsfor the branch Manager Jaime. He went above and beyond assisting me and my handicapped father with a recent, frustrating Chase Phone support issuse, regarding a third party check from my father to myself.Jaime met with us at the branch and negotiated a series of telephone calls and 'on hold' wait times for over 2.5 hours. Poor guy worked straight through his lunch break. The Chase telephone support members, who were obviously working from a 'script' were making the entire experience much more difficult than necessary.Ultimately Jaime handled the (somewhat difficult) telephone support staff with tact, grace, tenacity and professionalism.He worked through the all the issues to resolve the problem.Thank you Jaime!We are very grateful for your patience and generosity of time.
