“We found this amazing little place on our way to visit Joshua Tree for the first time. The girl working at the front had incredible customer service and was super sweet and welcoming. We go so many things including crystals, soaps, and my husband lucked out on a well preserved coat from the 70s which he happily wore to the park afterwards. When we come back to Cali, we will definitely be stopping by again!”

“I absolutely love Pearl Goes West and am grateful we stumbled into this booth across the street from the farmer's market in Joshua Tree on an early Saturday afternoon. Our first visit we decided to try a creosote salve. Had heard it described as nature's medicine cabinet and was told it could help with insect bites, pain and inflammation. I tried it the next day on a hike when my knee and hip hurt and it seemed to help right away. Coincidence? Maybe. A few nights later my husband 's back of his leg swelled, had lines, bumps and he was on the phone with teledoc. Believing this was an insect bite reaction , I decided to put the creosote on the leg and the swelling and pain began to lessen almost immediately. Within 20 minutes, he looked better and he did not take the steroids that were prescribed. When we returned to buy more for ourselves, family and friends, also bought a lovely perfume and noticed how beautiful all of the products were. It is worth seeking out this booth which is tucked away in the market.”

“I haven't been to Toda Moda in the last few years but it's amazing now they carry 4X and 5x clothes now for bigger people so if you're looking for clothes in town that are on the bigger side they have a good selection”
“Ross for me not Marshall. Way better selection. Cleaner, better prices. Better customer service. And just like anyplace that hires under the age if 20. Don't try having a conversation they freak out and panic. So, approach cautiously.”

“This shop is so cool. I took my nephew and girls, all 16 to 18, they loved it, but my nephew couldn't find men's clothing, I am not sure if it was just a woman's shop. But he really seemed bummed that he couldn't find stuff for himself. We'd never been there so we didn't know much about the place. So many amazing pieces though and the decor was really neat.
UPDATED REVIEW:
The owner was so kind to reply to this review and let us know there is men's apparel. My nephew is 18, chances are, he didn't look hard enough, and I was shopping for myself in the women's clothing, so I didn't help him look ☺️ even more reason to go back now!!”
