I love shopping here especially for fruit and vegetables because they're always fresh...But at this staters I don't recommend working here if you don't have thick skin because some of the employees plus management are bullies and they don't treat employees fairly even if you complain nothing gets resolved...I recommend all or some employees to get extensive harassment classes and proper management that doesn't allow bullying to continue I would love to write some names down for specifics but I'll keep it civil maybe something will change! And the same goes for their money hungry union that doesn't help either and I'm ONLY speaking about this specific store! This message has nothing to do with the food just some employees not all but some

The main reason I want to write this review is to emphasize what a great job they seemed to do during the pandemic in wearing masks and wiping things down.Good store, has all of your general needs. I do wish they had more stuff like they do in Whole Foods or Trader Joe's although they have improved in this area over the last umpteen years as well. But all in all, good selection of general groceries and produce.

What happened to this store after the pandemic I use to love this place . This is the worse run store I've ever been in my 52 years as a loyal customer. As I waited behind a poor old handicapped lady in a wheelchair w her lil sweet grandson . She forget her PIN number and instead of asking her to help . They female cashier stared and her and made us all wait . There was 10 people behind me so I simply asked to open a few lines Instead I was treated horribly . Which made me furious so I complain to the key carrier so she proceeds to call the asst manager! Not fix anything but make it worse and now Iam the a...word . Really one line and one cashier as all of he box people are in the hall loookong at their new schedule. Why wouldn't someone helps he lady to her car to get her pin or instead void her and then continue to help her . So sad I would never treat someone like that. But Iam the bad guy for complaining so NOT COOL !! Shame on you for not caring !!

The best chain grocery store in the area! They have everything you need from fresh sushi, fried chicken the most amazing meat counter within 45 miles! As of 2022 masks are not required and I've been a repeat customer for over 10 years!

This is by far one of the nicest Stater Brothers markets I have been in now. This store has undergone some major remodeling recently and it is awesome.. Brand new meat counter and seafood case with ready to be cooked meats prepared for your oven or grill. They put in an awesome fresh cut fruit and vegetable station in the produce department. They have fresh made sushi in the deli. This store is seriously on point. The staff is great here. I will gladly drive and extra 2 miles to get to this store over the west side Staters now.

Enjoy the selection for fresh produce and fruit, priced fair, The store is well organized and finding items are easily located. I am disabled, have to use scooter, and unable to reach certain items since they are to high and in some cases to low to reach, try to avoid falling when reaching for an item. I remember the grabber pole we had years ago to reach higher located items. I have one at home that I use to reach items in the high cabinets. Not good for heavy canned items or glass items. A call for help light for assistance! I believe manage could come up with a plan enabling disabled or seniors to reach certain items easily. Why can't I order ad sales items online? I have one item that I will complain about, Package lettuce, that is brown, the rule when I worked in produce first in first out. The manager bought out a fresh package lettuce. Your still my favorite Store! Roman P.

The chicken breast I bought was hard as a rock and flavorless. The shrimp tasted like dirt and was so bad, I spit it out. Produce was good, only reason for the second star. Not impressed and pretty bummed my dinner was totally ruined.

Hey just wanted to let everyone know that Jackie in the meat department is an awesome worker who went well above and beyond service for us when we stayed up there. My girlfriend and I were shopping for dinner to grill up and Jackie went out of her way to cut up, prep and season the jumbo shrimp for us. She was courteous, friendly, and professional. Thanks Jackie.

Attention he was rude and had a care less attitude so I will only shop in the east staters now

Usually, this is a pretty good Stater Bros. But every once in awhile, it leaves a lot to be desired. They tend to wait until people are standing in the aisles before opening more registers. Today, though . . . Went in and the place was packed. Nothing wrong with that. When I went to the register, the kid (he acted about 12) was surly and just kind of throwing cold items with hot and/or dry items in my Trader Joe's insulated bags. When I pointed it out to him, his cocky answer was, "well, you have another bag." Got home and, sure enough, cold items with dry items, all mixed together. Surely Stater Bros. does well enough that they can actually 'train' their employees. While they're at it, they might throw in a personalty course or two. To be fair, they do have some great cashiers, and I know they work their butts off. Anyway, bag boy needs to go back to nursery school and start all over.
