Desierto Alto is a great little gem in the Yucca Valley area, perfect for visiting Joshua Tree. It offers an amazingly curated selection of spirits and wines, with exceptional mezcal and tequila. The fantastic wine selections include great under $20 options. It is the perfect stop to grab home bar tools or charcuterie-style snacks, with a very much appreciated selection of snacks. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and provides great customer service for recommendations.
What an amazing store! Totally eclectic collection of cheeses, wines, spirits and snacks. And good lattes! We were amazed to find Yuzu Sake!

What a great find! Love this little shop with a collection of some of life’s joys… coffee, wine mezcal and more. The coffee drinks were delicious. Highly recommend this place for a stop.
