this dominos has always been around and has always been my go to. Recently their delivery times and service have dropped astronomically low. On several occasions recently have I placed an order left waiting bare minimum an hour - hour and 5mins. No call to advise of delays, or anything of the sort when that used to be a normal occurrence. (Courtesy used to be a normal occurrence everywhere.) Now, nine days later after an order I placed, they're no longer delivering to my area. (I live up a hill and about 12mins away.) However, they will still deliver to an address in Joshua Tree which is further than myself. Make it make sense? This location has seriously gone down hill and its sad to see but not surprising. Good ol' Yucca.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have always ordered from dominos. Mainly delivery. I have ordered multiple times and 9 out of 10 times they take more than an hour to even get my pizza in the oven. I typically order one pizza at a time so it shouldnt take that long to get a pizza. I have tried multiple times and every time it takes more than an hour to get my pizza. The quality of the food is what you expect but the amount of time it takes to get your order might not be worth it.

Very upset I always order out for delivery and I ordered my food last night and the store cancelled my order as soon as it was done and ready to be delivered and the manager said I'm outside delivering zone. Which I don't understand because I am always ordering from here. Not to mention the manager was very rude and told me that it's not going to happen on his shift and I can come get the food if I really want it ... I just had surgery and I wanted to order food because I cannot drive and so therefore I did not get anything for dinner because I am not able to get. I am beyond upset at this store and I can't wait to get cooperate involved thanks.

I'd say 4.5 because the food is not always the best. It's good enough. I'd prefer more sauce and cheese, but that's just how it is with any pizza joint these days. Prices are very good with deals and coupons. Service is above and beyond. If they are late and not happy with their delivery times, I have gotten multiple emails offering 20% off or 60 points. The 60 points can get you a free medium pizza. You can't beat that.

It's domino's. It's a chain you get what you get. Their is two amazing private owned pizza places in the area that blow these dudes out into orbit. BUT as far as the pizza chains go here. These guys are the best. Friendly. And basically the quality you expect. Still

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight a veggie specialty that came out great and a meat extravaganza with extra cheese which was completely garbage. It had no extra cheese, infact it had hardly any cheese. It also had pieces of mushroom and bell pepper on it, highly disappointed since this is the second time the meat extravaganza came like

This particular Domino's has really bad customer service. I ordered a pizza with a diet soda for delivery, and when the delivery driver got here, he didn't have my soda. I called the store and spoke with the manager, and he told me they would compensate me with two sodas the next time I ordered from there. That was all well and good. However, a month later, when I ordered from there again, when I was placing the order I made sure to tell the girl about the compensation of two sodas, and she said it was in the system, and that she would include it in my order. However, when the delivery driver got to my house, he didn't have my sodas, and I told him about the compensation, and he was just very cold and seemed to not really care, and when I asked him if he would come back with the sodas, he said that he didn't know and maybe not because he had to check in with the store. Very unprofessional. The customer is always right. Things got worse when I called the store and spoke with the manager, this time a young woman. She was also very cold and rude, and instantly accused me of being the one in the wrong, saying that the store can't read minds. I told her that I told the associate that took my order about the compensation, and the manager checked the system and said that sure enough the employee made a mistake. The delivery driver came back with my sodas, but I couldn't help but think, should I be compensated for their mistake this time? I didn't bother, because I don't trust them and didn't want to stress about it. It's because of this experience that I don't order from this Domino's anymore, and prefer the other pizza places in town, where the associates are a lot friendlier.
